Excellent meat, tender and perfectly cooked. The desserts were also really good, the grilled vegetables were excellent but to my taste perhaps they could have cooked a little longer. I agree with the other reviews that suggest reviewing the starters. However, the location is very large and welcoming, with the outdoor spaces also well-kept and welcoming. prices a little high.

I liked it, apart from the cold climate without even an air conditioner on... at least at lunch in a restaurant... a little warmth doesn't hurt.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for more than 20 years, what can I say when I want to be sure of eating well I always come back, for me it's a bit like going to eat with people you know. The open kitchen, the grill in the middle of the room, the meat counter in the room, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, all excellent dishes! Every now and then I try to find flaws in this place but I always come out defeated 😅

I'm telling you, I'm biased because I celebrate the years since I was born here, if on Sunday by chance the whole family is free we meet here without discussing how and when. Very simple restaurant where quality and quantity are in perfect harmony, with a price that is not low but fair. Grilled meat reigns supreme but not only for the meat, the fish in general is spectacular (especially the prawns). I love the mare e monti appetizer and no matter how hard I try my heart always leads me to order the chestnut gnocchi with pesto which is my favorite dish.

Sono stata in questo locale per una ricorrenza e volevo provarlo da diverso tempo perchè l'ultima volta che c'ero stata è almeno 15 anni fa; nulla credo sia cambiato da allora; mi ricordavo un conto molto salato, quello non è cambiato! L'accoglienza se non ti fai riconoscere o hai una conoscenza, non è proprio uguale per tutti ... ma il proprietario comunque ci ha tenuto a venirci a salutare, a suo modo, durante la serata. Abbiamo preso degli antipasti: - Salumi misti della cinta Senese € 14 : Prosciutto crudo, imbrogliona, testa in cassetta, lombo, lardo, buristo: - Antipasto monti € 14 se non ricordo ma era formato da: una sorta di arrosto di pollo condito con una salsina e chicchi di melograno; un piccolo formaggio di capra insaporito, una torta salata e un peperone ripieno con bagna cauda ed un piccolo assaggio di cui non ricordo. - Abbiamo preso la grigliata mista di carne € 23; non era indicato il tipo di carne e nè ci è stato spiegato ma era composta di tre tagli di carne tagliata e cotta al momento, una porzioncina di tagliata condita con rucola e grana e salsiccia e una sorta di salamella. Se prendi solo la grigliata secondo me ti riesci a godere anche il dolce ed a dormire la notte! Con acqua, vino e coperto abbiamo speso € 98 che non sono pochi per quello complessivamente mangiato. La qualità/prezzo rapportata al locale è un pò altina... Il menù è molto risicato; previste anche opzioni gluten free. Se assaggiate la focaccia che vi portano, è una DELIZIA, e non ne potrete fare a meno :) Consiglierei di specificare meglio nel menù gli ingredienti o eventualmente di indicare, per gli antipasti misti eventualmente a discrezione del pescato/ disponibilità se ogni sera è in base alla "disponibilità" come ci è stato detto dalla cameriera!
