Un ristorante di elevato calibro, piatti realizzati con un particolare talento e una particolare abilità sia nella preparazione che nella cottura del cibo. Personale più che gentile e cortese, considerando che ci siamo catapultati un sabato sera tardi, in piena chiusura, eppure ci hanno accolti con grande professionalità. Il piatto di grande attenzione è stato senza dubbio il TONNO del norcino, una vera sorpresa nel momento in cui abbiamo saputo gli ingredienti. Seguito da un altro piatto degno di essere menzionato, spaghettoni del bosco con funghi e salsiccia di maiale. Gli altri commensali invece hanno letteralmente gustato la tagliata di PICANHA con patate arrosto e salsa di chimichurri (una salsa verde tipica dell'Argentina preparata con prezzemolo, aglio e peperoncino). Abbiamo finito con due classici, cheesecake ai frutti di bosco e cantuccini (fatti da loro) con vin santo. Posso sicuramente dire che è una location gastronomica con una qualità superiore alla media e con prezzi onesti, adeguati alle materie prime. Excellent place, excellent pizza

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with some friends. We opted for the pizza round which offers the opportunity to taste various combinations... all excellent and delicious! The pizza was really special, super digestible, but also the rest of the menu that is offered, including first courses, second courses and gourmet burgers, makes your mouth water... I hope to be able to come back soon to try them! The young, kind and customer-focused staff but also the refined and intimate environment frames everything... If you visit Garfagnana, Pietra Antica is an obligatory stop!
