The wine list is extensive, and the menu is modest, with few but very unique dishes featuring seasonal ingredients, prioritizing quality over quantity. From appetizer to dessert, it was an explosion of different flavors, all united by the quality of the products and a preparation that enhanced their flavors. Both the chef and the staff are extremely helpful and ready to accommodate any request or menu variation. Congratulations, it was truly a surprise.
