We stop regularly to use the Tesla supercharger and have lunch at the restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful and welcoming. The staff is friendly and efficient. The menu is varied. The quality of the food is excellent, and all the dishes are delicious. They're also very fast. The prices are fair. Highly recommended.

I stopped for lunch on my way back from Rome, and I can vouch for the excellent restaurant, very close to the Magliano Sabina highway exit. I ate delicious Roman dishes in an elegant setting, including a truly fabulous lamb stew. The wait staff was extremely friendly and prompt, and the bill was reasonable for the food and service.

Too expensive: 1 cacio e pepe first course (mediocre and very small portion compared to the average) + 1 sautéed chicory (inedible because it was full of chili pepper, and the top was red, not green!) + water and coffee = €28. There are MUCH BETTER options in the area.

We've used the La Pergola Hotel and Restaurant several times for its convenience, its facilities, and the service it offers. Even more positively, despite an unexpected event that cancelled our reservation so close to our intended stay, we were refunded the full price of the room, something that happens very rarely, just to give you an idea of ​​the establishment's professionalism. It has a restaurant inside, well-equipped to offer quality grilled meats, with open workbenches, including the hand-carved prosciutto. It's not a low-end tourist restaurant—far from it—but the prices aren't outrageous given the overall quality served. If you're passing through the area or Rome, it can easily be used as a regular restaurant and is a surefire way to leave satisfied.

A very well-maintained 3-star hotel! Spacious, clean rooms with every comfort, period furniture in keeping with the style of the property. The on-site restaurant is famous throughout the area for its grilled meats, including freshly sliced ​​cold cuts. Good breakfast with everything you need, even the vegan croissant, which isn't something everyone gets! Friendly, helpful, and fast staff. The only thing I would change are the curtains and blankets in the rooms, which are a bit vintage, but that's just my taste. Highly recommended and very competitively priced.

When traveling, I sometimes exit the highway to avoid dining at service stations. Well, years ago, I found this restaurant just a short drive from the Magliano toll booth, and the food is truly excellent. On recent visits, I've tried amatriciana and carbonara, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. Next time, I'll try something meat-based, given the wide selection. The service is very attentive and friendly. I can't rate the rooms, having only visited the restaurant.
