Everything fantastic, refined gastronomic journey. Fabulous desserts and impeccable service as you would expect from a 1 Michelin star. Unfortunately, when exiting the motorway at Fabro, you have to take a dirt road.

Original dishes, with mainly local products of excellent quality and above all delicious. I celebrated my wedding anniversary and both my wife and I highly recommend this beautiful place, with a breathtaking view. The service is perfect, as expected from a starred restaurant, but in addition to professionalism they have combined friendliness which is not always a given. We took the tasting menu with corresponding wine pairings, all from the area, refined and suitable for the dish, also without skimping on a small addition in case, as happened to me, you finish it before finishing the dish. Also appreciated was the greeting from the Chef who came to say goodbye before we left. For the quality and service, excellent value for money. Really good
Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante perchè vicino a dove abbiamo alloggiato per un weekend. La scelta non poteva dimostrarsi più azzeccata. Abbiamo trovato quanto "promesso", colori, profumo, gusto ed emozioni. Molto carina l'idea dei dolci divisi per regioni. Complimenti.
Simple and well-kept place immersed in Tuscia. We tried the tasting menu with local products and really liked it. Local products, simple and of excellent quality reviewed by an expert and super competent hand, also winking at recipes from the past such as sbroscia. The pairings with phenomenal wines. Honest quality/price. It is an experience absolutely worth repeating. Super satisfied.
