A beautiful restaurant nestled in the Viterbo countryside, with a breathtaking view. The service was impeccable, attentive, and courteous. We chose the "garden to table" tasting menu, where each course was a blend of tradition and innovation. The dessert was a real treat.

We had a wonderful evening at La Parolina with fantastic and creative food. We were here on vacation and stumbled upon this, so we just had to try the "emotiozale" tasting. The pace was quite fast, but that was necessary with the 12 courses! So we were out the door at 11:00 PM. The view is stunning, and the service is very friendly and happy to chat. The chef even stopped by at the end of the evening to ask if everything was to your liking—these little touches make for a very successful evening!

Una stella Michelin, ottime recensioni…. le aspettative erano forse troppo alte
Servizio cordiale, sala tranquilla, alla fine una piacevole chiacchierata con la chef
Però nulla di quello che abbiamo mangiato ci è rimasto particolarmente impresso, anche se i piatti erano tutti buoni e ben presentati, e non abbiamo particolari motivi per tornare
