Amazing food with spectacular service and the best view!

Fantastic experience on this holiday at the La Parolina restaurant with the "Emotions" menu! Everything was delicious, but the tomato and raspberry soup with panzanella ice cream and the saffron risotto, citrus fruits and ginger sorbet, were unforgettable. P.S.: one of the best risottos I have ever eaten. Not a classic risotto, imagine the creaminess of the rice starch that blends with the saffron, but at the same time the freshness of the citrus fruits and the pungency of the ginger to cleanse the mouth. An extra note for the maître who welcomed us and accompanied us throughout the dinner. Truly exquisite! Thanks for the evening.

A confirmation of excellence – an impeccable experience at La Parolina We returned for the third time to La Parolina in Trevinano, and this time too it was an impeccable experience in every aspect. We were having dinner with a couple of friends and we were welcomed with the usual courtesy and professionalism that distinguishes this place. The menu was as always very well-curated, with balanced and creative dishes, accompanied by excellent wines chosen with care. The head waiter was very good at guiding us during dinner, and chef Iside came to the table to talk to us: kind, passionate and always available, it is a real pleasure to meet her. The stay also lived up to expectations: beautiful rooms, attention to detail, and a truly excellent breakfast served in the room. An element that further enriches the experience is the extraordinary panorama that can be enjoyed from the structure: from Mount Penna to the fortress of Radicofani with Mount Amiata in the center. Since we are now regular customers, we can say with certainty that La Parolina is a guarantee of quality, hospitality and beauty. We can't wait to come back!

1 Michelin star well deserved. The quality of the ingredients is combined with the simplicity of knowing how to handle the ingredients. We deliberately decided not to take photos and instead enjoy the experience. We knew the chef from the menu we tasted in Fiuggi where the quality of the dishes had won us over, here we found her touch and much more. The care and kindness of the service, the quality and refinement of the dishes. An experience to have, absolutely!

le volte che ho dato 5 palle ad un ristorante si contano sulle dita di una sola mano, veramente è una esperienza da fare, i prezzi non sono proprio economici. Mangiare alla Parolina non è una spesa, ma un investimento estremamente lucrativo da regalarsi. Sarete sicuramente molto soddisfatti.

I wanted to try the experience of this starred restaurant for the first time together with my boyfriend and I must say that it fully met our expectations. Let's start with the service, which is the business card of the place. Super professional and attentive to detail, but the most important thing and not to be taken for granted (especially in starred establishments) is to put guests at ease with adequate confidence but maintaining absolute professionalism. As for the food, we wanted to try the 8-course tasting menu with 4 matching glasses directly from them. There is little to say... everything was absolutely delicious, flavors and textures paired perfectly, both with each other and with the wines. Each course carefully explained. The perfect match was certainly between the room and the kitchen, which mixes perfectly with the warmth that the room transmits and the beauty of the view on the terrace. An experience that I highly recommend, we will certainly return.
