Ristorante La Parolina In Acquapendente

I wanted to try the experience of this starred restaurant for the first time together with my boyfriend and I must say that it fully met our expectations. Let's start with the service, which is the business card of the place. Super professional and attentive to detail, but the most important thing and not to be taken for granted (especially in starred establishments) is to put guests at ease with adequate confidence but maintaining absolute professionalism. As for the food, we wanted to try the 8-course tasting menu with 4 matching glasses directly from them. There is little to say... everything was absolutely delicious, flavors and textures paired perfectly, both with each other and with the wines. Each course carefully explained. The perfect match was certainly between the room and the kitchen, which mixes perfectly with the warmth that the room transmits and the beauty of the view on the terrace. An experience that I highly recommend, we will certainly return.

"La Parolina" is not "just" a restaurant with refined starred cuisine and strong and balanced flavours, but a special place in which to feel at home and enjoy a breathtaking view. Thank you chef Iside and thanks to the entire dining room and kitchen team for their attentive work.

Everything perfect, perhaps the price is a little high, but you will definitely not be disappointed. The Chef and all the staff were excellent.

Wonderful experience, definitely worth repeating in the summer on the outdoor terrace. Local products cooked with delicacy and imagination. Touring Italy with typical desserts is a wonderful idea. See you soon

La Parolina has 1 Michelin star but is worth much more. Dishes that are beautiful to look at, rich in aromas and a delight for the palate. There are tasting menus. A cuisine that in this phase has focused on the flavors of the territory, but capable of always pleasantly surprising you. I finish with his delicious breads; they deserve to be presented in a tasting menu, they are so good. Room with an enchanting view, also outdoor seating. Professional, attentive and courteous service without ever being intrusive. La Parolina is an experience worth having.

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante perchè vicino a dove abbiamo alloggiato per un weekend. La scelta non poteva dimostrarsi più azzeccata. Abbiamo trovato quanto "promesso", colori, profumo, gusto ed emozioni. Molto carina l'idea dei dolci divisi per regioni. Complimenti.
