Exciting cuisine, impeccable service, and a breathtaking location: *La Parolina* is much more than a restaurant; it's a sensory journey through flavors, aromas, and creativity. Each dish is meticulously crafted, using excellent local ingredients reinterpreted with elegance and technique. The tasting menu is a crescendo of surprises, balance, and authentic passion. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and present, yet never intrusive. The dining room exudes warmth and refinement, with a view that makes the experience even more memorable. A well-deserved Michelin star, but after this dinner, it's at least three. Kudos to Iside and her team!

Christmas lunch, a succession of flavors, the dishes were delicious and beautiful, the cappelletti were unmissable as always, and the pork main course was excellent. The service was fast, courteous, and precise. The location is quaint and welcoming. We really appreciated the chat with the chef at the end of the meal. We'll definitely be back. Unforgettable. Excellent value for money.

Choosing consciously means listening to what my body wants to communicate so I can follow the right direction for me. …From the Maître's gracious and kind welcome, the deep and expressive eyes of a life lived intensely, I sit at a table of marked simplicity. Just a few things: a tablecloth, a glass, a napkin, a bread plate, and an art object symbolizing a poppy. My breathing slows, my shoulders sag, I feel at home, I can simply Be and Be. Adorning that Altar, in addition to Chef Iside's enveloping and contagious smile, are the infinite and graceful Stars that "falling into my Aura" have illuminated and awakened all my senses, leaving a trail of indelible Light that will remain engraved within me forever. I met the chef of La Parolina, Iside De Cesare, this summer. She's energetic, smiling, and friendly, but it's when she enters the kitchen that the magic happens, and there's plenty of it at this restaurant. It's a wonderful journey that engages all the senses: sight, while the attentive and precise maître d' delighted us with explanations of the dishes, and smell, anticipating a tasting that doesn't disappoint, but rather exceeds expectations. I loved every single dish I was offered. The Cinta Senese cappelletti in progressive broth were amazing: a dish that changes every time, entertaining, and satisfying. The Roman-style artichoke with matcha tea and licorice. The beetroot risotto with green apple semifreddo, to name just a few. The final magic comes with the desserts: hazelnut gianduiotto with a liquid coffee center, alchermes jelly, and elderflower semifreddo. Italia Squisita, a journey through the typical desserts of every Italian region. Iside De Cesare's menus are a crescendo: the passion and research are evident right away. Lastly, I'd like to mention the bread with olive oil cream. I have to thank you, because as the granddaughter of a baker who has practiced this profession all his life, I can tell you that I haven't eaten bread like this in ages... suddenly, I felt like a child again, with him arriving with a sack of warm bread to eat with olive oil.

Dining at "La Parolina" is a truly life-changing experience, as Iside takes you on a journey through familiar yet ever-changing places, filled with the flavors of local produce expertly blended and enhanced by her vivid imagination. The journey is accompanied by the discreet presence of Giuseppe, whose kindness, expertise, and professionalism never fail to offer a reassuring smile, a smile that makes you feel at home. The stay at the B&B "La Letterina" next door is superb. A 5-star room with breakfast delivered to your door is a true luxury on cold January mornings... the attention to detail and the variety of products make it feel like a continuation of the star-studded dinner the night before!!! All under the watchful eye of "Arancino," the family cat, a true master of the house! I purchased the Tuscia e Relax package, which included an overnight stay in the B&B adjacent to the restaurant and breakfast in my room. The entire experience was flawless. The cuisine is undoubtedly distinguished by its technique, refinement, quality of ingredients, and creativity. The service was attentive, friendly, and very thoughtful. The room and breakfast were truly a treat. We will definitely be back!

I was invited to La Parolina for a birthday in November 2022, and it was a truly unique and pleasant experience. Despite a few flies fluttering around the restaurant (perhaps a detail that could be improved, given its reputation), the rest of the evening truly lived up to expectations. Being a Michelin-starred restaurant, the attention to detail is immediately noticeable: even a chair to rest my bag on, a touch I greatly appreciated. Even though the restaurant is located in a beautiful panoramic area, we ate inside, thanks to the season. The experience was truly unique: we were the only customers that evening, and each course was served and explained to us with great care by the waiter. What particularly struck me was their attentiveness: they noticed that a course I didn't like and, without me saying anything, promptly replaced it. A truly professional gesture. The portions, as expected from a Michelin-starred restaurant, were small, but well-balanced and rich in flavor. After the 10 courses, I left feeling pleasantly full. One last note (perhaps trivial, but important to me): the bread was truly excellent: soft, fragrant, and of a quality worthy of mention.
