Excellent appetizer. The second course is good, but I would say that I would avoid the mixed salad (unless it is from the garden, with more imaginative salads!)... any other side dish would be preferable. Good wine and the dessert was also appreciable... The service was pleasant and courteous. Pleasant dinner.

The starters were a triumph of freshness and creativity, with five courses that told the Sicilian tradition in a sublime way. Every bite was a journey through local ingredients. The first course exceeded all expectations: a generous portion of pasta alla norma accompanied by sublime grated ricotta. The second course ended on a high note, with a second course based on tuna cooked to perfection and accompanied by a salad Finally, the desserts! Two desserts that were works of art: one delicate and fresh, the other rich and enveloping. A perfect ending to a meal that was a sensory journey. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. If you love Sicilian cuisine, this restaurant is a must! I can't wait to return to savor these delights again.

It never disappoints. For several years, every now and then we have been going to dinner at the "La Norma" restaurant and, as always, Chef Carlo manages to offer excellent dishes. We ordered the "tasting" menu and I can assure you that none of the diners were disappointed by the dishes offered. Excellent service in a family environment. The prices have remained the same as before COVID and this is a credit to the owner, given that the quality of the menu has remained high. If you happen to be in Lucca, I recommend you stop by the "La Norma" restaurant.
