Honestly, the food didn't live up to my expectations. The cacio e ovo meatballs were delicious, but the truffle gnocchi were bland with a mismatched sauce; they really could have been better. I don't think I'll return. Maybe I'll give it a second try to see if I've been disappointed, given the other reviews.

We had a family dinner (four of us) at La Noce restaurant in Caramanico Terme and were truly thrilled. From the start, the culinary journey was a crescendo of authentic flavors: the platter of local cured meats and cheeses opened the evening with fresh, authentic ingredients, but the real highlight were the cheese and egg meatballs... simply amazing! Soft, flavorful, with that enveloping taste that lingers in the memory: they alone were worth the dinner. Following, the first courses confirmed the excellence of the cuisine: the fragrant and delicate truffle gnocchi, and the rich, full-bodied, and irresistible pappardelle with wild boar ragù. A triumph of authentic Abruzzo flavors. To conclude on a sweet note, the cantucci with Moscatello: crunchy traditional biscuits paired with this sweet and aromatic fortified wine, perfect for dunking and capable of enhancing every bite. A flawless finish! Special praise also goes to the waiters, always kind, helpful, and with a smile on their faces: a detail that makes the experience even more pleasant and familiar. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable dinner in Caramanico Terme.

This place is fabulous, in my opinion the best in the entire city. The food is amazing and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend it.

I spent two evenings in a row with my family and had a great time. Excellent food, both first and second courses, and courteous and professional service. The prices are fair, if anything, but the desserts are limited.

The food is very good, and the atmosphere is warm and homely. You can eat peacefully because it's quiet despite being busy. We'll definitely be back.
