Ristorante La Noce In Caramanico terme

After hours of walking, we stumbled upon this little restaurant just after the bridge, just after leaving the Scalelle trail, and we didn't think twice. Fresh, quality food, friendly staff with great recommendations. The ricotta-filled walnut ravioli and the chocolate cake with homemade ice cream are excellent! Reasonably priced.

I dined here on Saturday evening, August 5, 2025. I can say that the food was excellent and well-prepared. They didn't mess anything up. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Shout out to the waiter with the mustache. Thanks for the welcome. The only inconvenience was the parking. But I'm not a skilled parking attendant.

After years, nothing has changed. The same welcome, kindness, and helpfulness. Excellent, traditional cuisine, made with quality ingredients. Excellent pasta, gnocchi, and the cacio e ova balls. A rich antipasto with excellent cheeses, tripe, and excellent meat, cooked to perfection. Not to mention the homemade desserts, including the parrozzo semifreddo, which pairs perfectly with a chocolate cake. The wine selection is also excellent. What can I say? This time, too, it was a wonderful experience.

On a Saturday in late August, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. We couldn't have made a better choice. We chose the house appetizer, along with arrosticini and other dishes I can't remember now, but I remember the traditional flavor. The entire staff was extremely courteous and helpful. For about €30 per person, we ate wonderfully and would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through.

A pleasant discovery...I've eaten at this restaurant twice...the food was excellent, the service equally so...the waiters were friendly and helpful, the place clean and welcoming! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy good food! Excellent value.

Everything was delicious, the service impeccable. Compliments. The cheese and egg pasta was wonderful.

If you want to eat good local dishes, this is the perfect place... a very simple restaurant, the cuisine is traditional, without too many superfluous decorations on the dishes but with substance!!! I recommend among the ones we tried: handmade arrosticini, the trio of hot dishes (ventramina exceptional), pizza e fuoje and incredible tripe! Thanks!

We had a family dinner (four of us) at La Noce restaurant in Caramanico Terme and were truly thrilled. From the start, the culinary journey was a crescendo of authentic flavors: the platter of local cured meats and cheeses opened the evening with fresh, authentic ingredients, but the real highlight were the cheese and egg meatballs... simply amazing! Soft, flavorful, with that enveloping taste that lingers in the memory: they alone were worth the dinner. Following, the first courses confirmed the excellence of the cuisine: the fragrant and delicate truffle gnocchi, and the rich, full-bodied, and irresistible pappardelle with wild boar ragù. A triumph of authentic Abruzzo flavors. To conclude on a sweet note, the cantucci with Moscatello: crunchy traditional biscuits paired with this sweet and aromatic fortified wine, perfect for dunking and capable of enhancing every bite. A flawless finish! Special praise also goes to the waiters, always kind, helpful, and with a smile on their faces: a detail that makes the experience even more pleasant and familiar. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable dinner in Caramanico Terme.

Siamo state in questo posto il giorno di Pasquetta 2025, dopo aver fatto un'escursione sul sentiero delle Scalelle, nella Valle dell'Orfento. Il ristorante si trova proprio dall'altra parte del ponte, rispetto a dove termina il percorso escursionistico. In occasione di Pasquetta, c'era un menu fisso a 45 euro a persona, costituito da vari antipasti tipici abruzzesi, due primi (gnocchetti con crema di fave e crema di pecorino e mugnaia alle tre carni), un secondo composto da agnello e salsiccia al forno con patate, una fetta di torta, caffé, acqua e vino inclusi. Le portate erano ottime, con porzioni giuste e non esageratamente grandi, che ci hanno consentito di provare un po' tutto senza abbuffarci. Ottimo servizio, personale molto garbato e gentile.

Un ristorante che ormai è diventato il fiore all'occhiello della ristorazione a Caramanico Terme. C'è poco da dire, non sbaglia mai. Ultimo pranzo, con due amici, abbiamo assaggiato delle bruschette per antipasto e poi ci siamo tuffati nei primi: gnocchi al tartufo e sagne e ceci (spettacolari!). Per secondo il classico arrosto misto, come sempre superlativo. Avremmo potuto prendere qualsiasi altra cosa, avremmo sempre mangiato benissimo. La Noce non delude mai!
