Der Eigentümer macht alles selbst, vom Service, der Organisation, Weinempfehlung über die Aperitif Mischung bis natürlich hin zum Koch - alles aus einer Hand! Die Zutaten für die Speisen sind dabei direkt aus der Umgebung, was man wirklich schmeckt. Die Zubereitung ist dabei kreativ und einfallsreich! Daher unsere absolute Empfehlung!
