Ristorante La Marina In Fiumicino

Booked early for Saturday evening. Not only was the quality of the food excellent but there was nothing to say about the plating either. Even though the restaurant was full between courses we didn't have to wait long. The spaghetti with bottarga is delicious and the fish starters, both hot and cold, are definitely worth trying. We spent 63 euros each but it was all worth it.

Excellent selection and quality of raw products, excellent first courses. Truly a nice place to dine, excellent service.

I returned to the marina after many years because I told my wife that it was one of the best restaurants in Fiumicino. But alas I made a terrible impression 😞 the change of management has brought a historic restaurant in Fiumicino to a very low level (unfortunately like many renowned restaurants in the country). I start from the truly unprofessional staff who chat, laugh and are often with their cell phones in their hands. As for the dishes, they have nothing to do with the old management, the fried food was terrible in both color and flavor (not new oil), the spaghetti with clams I make better at home, the maltagliati with fish crumbs and sea asparagus that tasted like nothing, the starters were decent, the tiramisu was good. The price is not related to the quantity/quality of the food. 80 euros for 2 starters, two first courses and a dessert, no wine. It is more suitable for a young audience accustomed to eating sushi and who does not know the culinary history of the area. It's really a shame because the place is nice.

Buona alternativa a Fiumicino. Ristorante sulla via dei peschereccci, curato un po’ caciarone ma buono. Antipasto cotto misto buono variegato forse un po’ poco per il costo, buonissimo il crudo, fresco a con una tartare dal taglio ottimale. Anche i primi fanno la loro parte, potete trovare varianti intriganti che vi invito Ad assaggiare. Prezzo nella media dei locali, mi aspettavo solo più quantità per il resto tutto perfetto.

We returned after a year and I didn't think it could get any better. We had a complete raw fish as an appetizer and were very impressed by the creativity and skill of the chef, followed by a spaghetti with clams and a seafood tagliolini off the menu. I'm not lying when I say that I have rarely eaten such a good fish first course. The staff is friendly and attentive to customer needs. It is always advisable to book. The only sore point, but which does not depend on the management, is the difficulty in parking the car near the venue.

The fish very fresh. Good appetizers! Cute place! We had lunch to celebrate Chinese New Year! Found it very well! I'll be back!

Excellent as always. Very fresh food but "high" prices!! Too expensive compared to just 2 months ago🙄 almost 25% and more... Meh...!!!
