When facts are worth a thousand words: I was at dinner a couple of days ago, I order the fillet with green pepper, the meat was excellent but the flavor of the sauce didn't suit my tastes. I point this out to the owner who arrives immediately and has a fillet redone (clearly without sauce). Meat was again exceptional, "a burro" as we say in Rome. The owner's behavior is impeccable: it deserves a place for the cuisine and the seriousness of those who do their job with diligence and professionalism.

First time and I have to say I was hesitant due to the negative reviews. I don't give my best because it could be done better but overall it was good enough to try again

I've eaten here 3 times already and that says a lot. The first time the starter and first course were excellent! The other times the pizza is excellent and easily digestible, excellent prices for the ingredients used! We will be back for the grilled meat to try! The service is easy-going and confidential. I had a really good time.

21/02/2025: Pleasant restaurant located in Trastevere, typical Roman cuisine with generous portions, but you can eat fish and pizza cooked in a wood oven, try the desserts, courteous staff, recommended.
15/02/2025: La Botticella is a place I can only recommend. Super pleasant service by experienced waiters as well as nice classic Roman food and good wines. The restaurant is located in a quiet and cozy street.
