Wonderful Christmas lunch, excellent food served at the right time to appreciate each course

As every year, we feel warmly welcomed by Mauro and his team in 2025. The service and food selection are, as always, top-notch. Even if you have to wait a bit, that's okay; it's the holidays, after all. Thank you for being there.

Good food, but it takes a long time to arrive

I was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! The fish was absolutely fresh and perfectly prepared, and the pizza was also a real highlight. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive; you immediately felt welcome. I would also like to particularly emphasize the fast service – the food was on the table no sooner than I ordered. An all-round successful visit that I can highly recommend.

The cuisine is a sincere ode to local flavors, with a clear mastery of seafood; the first courses, such as tagliolini with octopus ragù, are a triumph of balance and flavor. The remarkable attention to gluten-free options is commendable; not a compromise, but a true strength demonstrating uncompromising quality. Each course reveals a confident hand. The service is the perfect complement: a staff combining impeccable professionalism with a human warmth that makes everyone feel at ease, including tourists. A table where you feel like a guest, not just a customer.

I was on vacation in the area with my family, and my eldest daughter wanted pasta. I entered the restaurant and asked if someone spoke English, as we didn't speak Italian very well. The gentleman sent us a waiter who also spoke very good English. Since we were tourists, it didn't make any difference (compared to our stay in Rome), and he was a very, very, very nice person. I ordered what the children wanted, my wife wanted to try lasagna, and I wanted something typical from the area, so I got what the waiter recommended (pasta with seafood). I admit the wait was a bit long (but the place was also busy), but it wasn't for nothing, as they place great emphasis on quality here. The chef was exceptional, and the waiter was full of empathy and professionalism. A very positive experience, and I regret not being able to return the next day. It's a place where you can truly experience authentic Italian flavors. The location by the sea is also outstanding. The only thing that was difficult to control and unpleasant were a few mosquitoes that bit us, but that's just how it is at the seaside.
