As a celiac, I was able to personally verify what I'd been told over the phone: the attention paid to preventing contamination was indeed high and meticulous. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the experience and I think I'll gladly return, also thanks to the kindness and courtesy of the chef, who made me feel at ease when choosing the menu. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The menu isn't extensive, but it's well-thought out, with many dishes showcasing Piedmontese tradition.
