Refined dishes.
The staff was very kind, keeping our reservation beyond our scheduled time.
I tried the raw shrimp and excellent pasta alla norma.

The cave location is beautiful. It's a shame that in the summer you can't eat inside the cave, but rather outside. The food is delicious and well-presented, and the service is good.

Review from August 2025. Truly an excellent experience. It's a shame the first course of the day listed on the menu wasn't available. Otherwise, the tuna with apricots was truly phenomenal. And the rest of the dishes, from appetizers to first courses, were also remarkable. Congratulations.

Excellent menu, featuring traditional dishes expertly revisited. Ricotta ravioli with pistachio and caciocavallo cheese, and those with squid ink, truly delicious. Excellent croaker fish with saffron sauce!
The atmosphere and service were excellent.

Bellissima location a due passi dal centro. Il ristorante è ricavato interamente nella roccia ed è molto suggestivo. Piatti ottimi, in particolare la "colazione du massaru" come antipasto e la cornucopia di cannolo. Servizio gentile e attento. Da non perdere!
