Everything was extraordinary. The location, the magical atmosphere, and above all, the food experience was fabulous. Every course exceeded every expectation. The appetizer was marinated anchovies, the first course was spaghetti with smoked sea bass, the second course was roasted sea bass in a saffron sauce, and finally, a ricotta cannoli with Marsala cream. Nothing, there are no words to truly explain how good everything was.

Good, refined cuisine. The sea bass and octopus were excellent. Nice glass of white wine. Portions a little small. Pleasant and clean setting in the cave. A good memory.

You eat inside a cave carved out of the tuff.
The setting is spectacular.
The food is super good.

Located in the heart of the rock, the restaurant is, it goes without saying, very unique and evocative, with discreetly separated tables (and set without tablecloths, a habit I dislike) and good acoustics.
A rather sophisticated menu, from which we ordered: a "pasta con fumi," al dente and generously seasoned; a "norma," rich and just the right amount of cooked; a plate of spaghetti with shrimp, saffron, and delicate lemon; ravioli with ricotta and squid ink; a "purpu," crispy on the outside and soft on the inside; and two desserts.
Overall, we were satisfied with the cuisine.
The wine list, local, is quite well-stocked.
Service was prompt and courteous.

A truly beautiful, unique, and special place.
Service was barely adequate; it took at least 15 minutes to get a bottle of water.
The dishes were tasty, but the quantity was truly inadequate.
The staff was courteous, but seemed overwhelmed; perhaps not enough for the customers?
