This elegant cave restaurant provides beautiful selections of traditional dishes from the area, including pasta made from heirloom grains. The freshness of the ingredients really shines in dishes like L'Ammuru, a plate of local shrimp slightly marinated in fruit juices, and the Pasta co fumo, made from grano antico siciliano and served with mildly smoked sea bass. Other stand outs: the ricotta ravioli with pistachio pesto, the freshest mixed salad (the finocchio intense and crackling) and an excellent cannolo with marsala cream.
The rich wine list offers many excellent Sicilian labels. Coffee is perfect.

I went for lunch with my family on the recommendation of a colleague.
We ate divinely. The pumpkin pie with its fondue captivated us, the first courses were delicious and the desserts equally good. Each dish was aesthetically pleasing. The characteristic environment, you feel immersed in the art of Scicli thanks to this space carved into the rock.
The staff were friendly and professional. Good quality/price.

Suggestive place, the room carved out of the rock is very beautiful and romantic. Impeccable service, well presented and very good food. I highly recommend the pumpkin pie with Marsala, the ricotta ravioli and the coffee semifreddo, this is what I ate but the other dishes that my guests enjoyed were also very good and beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We brought our 2 tour groups to this restaurant for lunch twice. The food was excellent and prepared with care using fresh local ingredients. Our groups were large, (1 was 14 people, the other, 12) and so required a fixed menu but even so nobody was disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant.
