Hotel with fantastic SPA especially because the Spa is private, all the staff are trained and very kind and what about the unique restaurant from the waiters to the kitchen a big thank you to the chefs they are really good excellent dishes to be rewarded with the red prawn as a prize. We will certainly return often thanks to hotel la Grave.

After having agreed on a Sunday menu of €55 in which it was not clear whether cake was included, 14 people had lunch with good and plentiful starters, the two first courses being questionable (overcooked and tasteless pasta and chickpeas) and the second course being of poor quality, in any case case when we reach the final bill we find ourselves €60 per person plus the cake separately... it means that the entire room was served with the exact same menu by paying
€55. The bitters served on trolley only three types and hot...
After multiple lunches at this restaurant, this was certainly the last one, and we were very disappointed.

We celebrated an eighteenth birthday at lunch with lifelong friends. Very good seafood starter, balanced in seasoning without covering the flavor of the salmon, tuna and swordfish carpaccio. The choice and quality of the meats in the land appetizer are excellent. The two first courses were very, very good, the pork fillet cooked at a low temperature was excellent. Polite, helpful and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was excellent despite the many people. To underline the presence of the bathroom for disabled people. I highly recommend this facility, even just for the restaurant.

I stayed one night on a business trip. Large rooms also with terrace, well cleaned and maintained but a little bare. Breakfast a little skimpy. Service could perhaps be improved: they gave the key to an already occupied room to one of my colleagues by mistake.

Excellent hotel, with spa, restaurant, swimming pool, it has a suite inside a trullo by the pool. Two reception rooms to celebrate any type of event. Very friendly staff, helpful, attentive to customer requests. Very close to the Castellana Caves (an absolute must-visit). I recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely go back.

Good hotel with a good location not far from Monopoli and Polignano... Alberobello and right next to the Castellana Grotte caves. Besides, the old town is worth the detour, small but magnificent.
