Visited for the first time with friends for lunch. Definitely not an ordinary location, very well looked after and unique. Fast, courteous and professional welcome. Service worthy of a starred restaurant, as well as the quality of the dishes and presentation. The wine list is excellent. First-rate dishes without complaining about the quality and freshness of the ingredients (in our case fish). I would say excellent from every point of view; only flaw: too much speed between one dish and another!! Despite this, the staff is very well trained and qualified, which also facilitates the taste and participation of the diners in the explanations of the various dishes served. Highly recommended and recommended; prices! definitely above average but commensurate with service and quality, highly recommended!!

Invited by my eldest son for my birthday with the family, we were very satisfied with the menu, the service and the location.

Excellent atmosphere and very kind and professional waiters....the food is of the highest level as is the choice of wines....a restaurant immersed in the vineyards built on top of an old military trench....

I came for lunch alone as a good single man. Excellent food and service, I will definitely be back!

'Beyond expectations' is the most appropriate definition in my opinion. A fascinating place sublimated by the impeccable staff: professional and friendly in perfect, spontaneous balance. What can we say, other than "why don't they have the star yet?" Truly excellent dishes, well prepared and presented, waitstaff polite and present, but without being intrusive. And, above all, well prepared: each dish was described to us in detail. Last, but not least, a location that if I could I would also give the sixth star! Definitely coming back!!

The atmosphere is very suggestive, particular and the service is courteous. Good wine list, but this time we had to fill our glasses ourselves, which hadn't happened the previous times. Excellent starters (oysters and scallops). The first and second courses arrived in 2 minutes, the pasta first courses were lukewarm, which makes me think they were prepared in advance. This thing disappointed me. However, it is worth a visit for the atmosphere and truly fantastic desserts. I recommend booking well in advance. I wasn't able to book the table for my favorite evening next week because it was already sold out.

Per la location non bastano 5 stelle, ogni sala ha un fascino speciale, l'ambiente è curato e credo sia impossibile trovare qualcosa che si discosti dalla perfezione. Qualità ed impiattamenti da stellato seguono a ruota senza deludere e forse è proprio per questa cura nei dettagli che appaga le aspettative, che non trovare il pieno riscontronto nella sostanza di alcune pietanze fa scendere il punteggio forse più del dovuto.. Ad esempio il crudo di pesce stupendo, abbinamenti riusciti e fuori dall'ordinario, ma nella sostanza un'ostrica e un gambero in più ci starebbero tranquillamente anche nel mix e non ordinati a parte, primi e secondi in proporzione mi hanno appagato maggiormente (non mi dilungo su dettagli soggettivi), così come servizio, entree e pasticceria inclusa nel caffè (che ad ogni modo ci si aspetta con un certo coperto), ma ad esempio nel dolce, stupendo, non ho capito il senso di mettere germogli che se mangiati per sbaglio stonavano ed effettivamente la porzione è giustina se si arriva comunque sazi e si desidera comunque finire con un bel quadretto artistico. Stupendo, ma..

Menù interessante proposto in una location a dir poco affascinante. La materia prima di ottima qualitá è ben valorizzata. Ottimo il raviolo alla carbonara.
