Dinner for a special occasion. The place itself is worth it especially the area with the underground windows first and foremost, nice welcome, well presented dishes and small entrees and sweets included which make up for the prices a little above normal. Super recommended!

Location from a thousand and one nights, beautiful. Polished stone effect floors, and caves at the entrance, truly beautiful and evocative. Obviously eating and drinking costs money...

How beautiful the place is is hard to describe. Then comes the food and... The magic! Trepitous. The risotto was cooked so well that it was unforgettable, but the aperitif was also truly delicious. The waiters are true professionals. Only note on the kiss dessert which in my opinion would need an accompanying sauce as it is quite compact, it would have been perfect with a rum zabaglione cream for example, or with semi-whipped cream

..for a special occasion! We were happy with the tasting menu, not knowing how to choose, we opted for this for the first time! Entrée and Cabaret di Paste offered by the kitchen much appreciated and unexpected! I'm not a fan of fish but the experience was positive! The place is beautiful in its particularity, small touches make it "different" and unique! Bitter offered!

I had high expectations and they were all met. Impeccable service, very kind, good food with refined and non-trivial flavours. Level plating. The venue is beautiful, a splendid location and renovation. High price but fair considering everything.

16/02/2025: We chose Osteria da Franco for our daughter's baptism. The experience was above expectations. Impeccable organization, excellent, refined and quality dishes. Modern and tastefully maintained location. Courteous staff attentive to our every need. We will definitely be back!
07/02/2025: Osteria da Franco is more than an Osteria, it is rather difficult to define such a particular environment at the foot of the Cansiglio. You have to try it, you eat well, you drink well, there is kindness and friendliness. The fish is super (I don't eat meat) and the recipes are never banal and always linked to seasonality. Cleanliness and hygiene everywhere. Prices are appropriate for what you eat or drink. In short, when you leave this "Osteria" you are already thinking about when you might return.
