I discovered this restaurant almost by chance and was truly thrilled. The cuisine perfectly reflects the Aosta Valley tradition, with carefully prepared dishes and authentic ingredients. The Aosta Valley polenta was creamy and rich in flavor, the goulash tender and flavorful. The gnocchi with Bleu d'Aoste cheese were also truly surprising, delicate yet full of character—a dish worth the visit in itself. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, making you feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, typical of a mountain restaurant where authenticity and passion reign supreme. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and generous portions. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Aosta Valley cuisine in a family-friendly setting with a breathtaking view.

14/09/2025: We went for dinner on a Friday evening. The place is spacious, with plenty of seating, but the decor is a bit bland. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses (the lard was very good, but the other cured meats were bland) and the bourguignon (tender and plentiful, with a variety of salted meats to accompany it). The bill wasn't exactly cheap (about €50 per person with wine).

Everything was perfect, from the quality of the food, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, and the beautiful interior.
