Ristorante La Cupola In Firenze

A friend recommended this restaurant to me. Even before I entered, the staff were friendly and called me "my friend," which made me feel comfortable, and I was shown to a seat with a great view of the cathedral. I ordered ravioli with potatoes in a large pasta dish, and grilled vegetables. I chose frizzante and was delighted to receive San Pellegrino. The ravioli was absolutely delicious, and I was amazed at how simple pasta with potatoes could be so tasty. I felt the food was of a high standard. It was a flavor I hadn't experienced in Venice or Milan. The grilled vegetables were grilled in olive oil, but they must have used a lot of it, as they tasted of olive oil and were a bit overcooked, which was a bit disappointing. Satisfied, I paid the bill, received a receipt for 32.50 euros, and left the restaurant. However, when I checked my credit card app, I saw that I had been charged 42.50 euros. I felt that this was strange and told the staff right away. They immediately canceled my order and charged me a new one for 32.50 euros. I'm grateful for their quick response. Above all, I was impressed by the ravioli, so it was priceless. Thank you for the meal.

Excellent drinks and breschetti!!! The owner has amazing, friendly and great energy! We will be back for a meal! The atmosphere is warm and inviting!!! You must go to this special spot in Florence!!!

I highly recommend it. Excellent food (Tuscan platter, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles, porcini steak, and cantuccini with Vino Santo) and very friendly staff. Reasonable prices considering it's right in the city center. Beautiful view of the cathedral.

What a wonderful restaurant the food was amazing but the best part was the staff! Mimmo and Zaki took amazing care of us especially Mimmo make sure to request him as your server. We will definitely be back. If you have chance stop in, I highly recommend it.

Some of the best meat I've ever eaten and a great view

While I was hanging out at the cathedral, I saw a steakhouse and went in. The menu was in English, so I checked other customers' reviews and ordered steak and pasta. It came out to 337 euros. There were two of us, but they gave us 17kg. Tourists, beware!!! They even poured us a drink out of the blue, told us to drink it, and added the money to our bill. It came out to 337 euros. There were two of us. 337 euros!

We had a fantastic experience at the Cupola Steakhouse! Our waiter Mimo was top notch! He explained everything throughly and all his suggestions were so good. We shared the SELEZIONE DELLO CHEF EU with vegetables and potatoes. The steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We highly recommend this place and our waiter Mimo.

I ordered tomato pasta and seafood pasta; the taste was average and unremarkable.
