We found this place by chance. What can I say? The food is excellent and the staff impeccable. For me, it was worth it.

This restaurant was a wonderful discovery! The food is excellent, and the service is efficient and very friendly. Special thanks to Ilaria, who looked after us with great professionalism and kindness. We ordered three amberjack fillets, truly excellent, and a plate of ziti alla genovese, very tasty. For dessert, we chose the pavlova and tiramisu, both delicious and light. Compliments to all the staff, both in the kitchen and in the dining room!

What a gem of gastronomy and hospitality in the Flaminio neighborhood! We had the most delicious food at Tiz: we had a fried artichoke starter, pasta cacio e pepe, bbq rib and the ziti genovese. Everything cooked to perfection, just really great food with good ingredients and generous portions. The menu was a combination of traditional dishes and more alternative options, with really high quality ingredients. I would love to go back and try out more of their dishes! The service was outstanding: the waiters were extremely friendly, explained about the food and the wines. We were able to taste wines poured by glass, which is wonderful. I contacted the restaurant quite late about getting a table for three people and despite the restaurant evidently being a popular spot (all inside spots were booked from 20.15h onwards) they were able to seat us outside on the patio. (And even greeted me by name when we arrived) It was a warm November evening and with the terrace heaters I was even able to take my coat off. Atmosphere was wonderful, I barely noticed cars passing on the other side of the screen. (It was easy to carry out a conversation on the patio) If you enjoy good Italian food, both traditional and more modern options, love genuine hospitality and to be made feeling welcome, this is the spot to go.

The only downside was that they promised us artichokes, but they ran out! Friendly, helpful, but not intrusive.

For our Roman weekend, we arrived in the city very late, and just when we were thinking about skipping dinner, we stumbled upon this place. They immediately greeted us with great kindness, and we had a wonderful dinner even though it was almost 11 pm! The first courses were delicious, and they were the best we had in Rome at the end of the weekend. The plating was beautiful, and the atmosphere was elegant and welcoming. We'll definitely see you again next time!

The food here can truly be described as top-class cuisine: traditional dishes with a creative twist, an absolute taste experience. We spent four days in Rome and ate here two evenings.
