Very interesting when you go to these establishments, in my opinion this is what you want... excellent food, honest prices, excellent wine cellar, relaxation, greenery, away from traffic, owner and chef who come out of the kitchen to talk to customers and exchange jokes!!! These are beautiful experiences and I must compliment them because we had a great time from appetizer to dessert from service to bill I'll start by saying that it was a menu made especially for you, so I can express myself for what I ate, I'll be back to eat à la carte!!! MEAT AND TRUFFLE AT THE TOP Nestled among the splendid hills of the Marche region, the strategic position offers a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, the atmosphere inside recalls that of a welcoming tavern, with warm and familiar furnishings that immediately put you at ease. The service is impeccable: kind, helpful and attentive staff, even on the occasion of large events like ours, a birthday with around 40 people, managed to perfection with optimal timing. The fixed menu we chose turned out to be a journey into the flavors of Marche cuisine. The starters of cured meats, cheeses and fried foods were plentiful and of excellent quality. The first courses won over everyone: the macaroni with white wild boar sauce was delicate and tasty, while the truffle ravioli, served in generous portions, enhanced the aromas of the area. The cut, served on a hot cast iron plate, was tender, well cooked and tasty, perfect for meat lovers. An excellent culinary experience in a welcoming and genuine environment is ideal for a dinner with friends and for those who want to savor true local cuisine. Highly recommended!
