Excellent food. Friendly staff and excellent value for money. It's a shame about the room we were in which was really noisy, there were two of us and we couldn't talk to each other. Overall I would still recommend it.

A very fine restaurant with wonderful food. Highly recommended. Unfortunately we couldn't sit outside because of the weather, but the beer garden definitely looks like we could stay longer. See you next year

The environment is great. The food is reasonably good. The successors were not tasted. A little out of the way, but still within walking distance.

Great location with excellent cuisine and attentive service. Lots of locals in attendance. Quality and prices slightly higher, but more than fair. Optimal location if you have done the tour over Monte Brione

The Colombera has been a must for us on Lake Garda for over 30 years. Very good cuisine and good house wine, nice ambience. However, and for that one star deduction, it is also quite expensive (e.g. carne salada for €22, is good, but I have never seen it so expensive anywhere - it's available somewhere else between €16.50 and €19). But the ambience and the courteous service are of course also worth something. Especially nice in summer when you can sit outside. But also in autumn, when it gets dark and the bats circle around the tower...

We dined here twice, by far the best food we had in Lake Garda. The staff are incredibly accommodating and efficient. Highly recommend the gnocchi ragú and the sardine bigoli. My only regret was not eating here each day we were in lake Garda.

04/01/2025: We had a wonderful evening with delicious food. The 4-course menu with classic dishes from Trento was great and the service was extremely attentive and courteous :)
03/01/2025: Incredible experience, each dish had its own reason and it was an incredible mix of tradition and innovation. Very nice environment with a beautiful open kitchen. Friendly, polite and friendly staff.

09/01/2025: We are very happy to return, it is a beautiful place from the rooms to the dining rooms, the food is delicious... the wine and the grappas... in short, a must try... I forgot one very important thing, the staff are truly knowledgeable and very kind, Thank you and goodbye. Back... I confirm everything!!!!
11/12/2024: A dinner with friends, a nice evening, a nice venue, discreet service. The tortel round is unclear. Salty bill.
