I had the pleasure of having lunch at the La Ciosà Restaurant and I can say with certainty that it was a true hidden gem. The environment is welcoming and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly courteous and attentive, ready to satisfy every request with a sincere smile. The menu offers a wide range of typical Venetian dishes. I particularly appreciated their mixed boiled fish, delicious spaghetti with clams and the crunchy and tasty mixed fried fish. The wine list is well stocked, with excellent local choices. In summary, La Ciosà is the ideal place for a special lunch, whether for a romantic day for two or for a family reunion. An unforgettable culinary experience that I highly recommend to everyone😀

Went here today for lunch, beautiful setting well decorated for Christmas, friendly waitresses with a smile. Ate very well, I recommend the sautéed octopus it was delicious, the paccheri with prawns and pumpkin cream were also special. The desserts are all homemade, we had chocolate salami with mascarpone cream and biscuits, everything was super! I really recommend this restaurant in Chioggia!

Wir saßen außen, aber das Restaurant ist innen sehr schön und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir wurden freundlich bedient und haben sehr gut gegessen und den Blick auf den etwas verfallenden Charme des Kanals genossen. Die Toilette war sehr sauber, was nicht überall der Fall ist.

28/09/2024: Excellent trattoria, we had lunch with a delicious mixed starter, then we wanted to try the sardines in saor and a mixed fry, we were very satisfied. Excellent value for money, we will definitely return.

Ai Do Mati

26/03/2025: During our stay we had lunch and dinner and were both satisfied, quality of the dishes, top service, reasonable prices.
14/03/2025: On our annual Venice tour we often like to spend a few days on the Lido. On March 14th, 2025 we were at Ai Do Mati (for the first time). The ambience is simple: simple, probably indestructible tables without tablecloths or other "decoration". The staff (=the waiter) were very friendly and helpful, even suggesting short breaks at appropriate points. Unlike many Venetian restaurants, we never had the feeling of being "handled" or rushed. Our meal - Spaghetti Alle Vongole veraci for my wife and Parmigiana di Melanzane for me as well as a shared pizza Tonno e Cipolle - tasted very good. We also liked the wine (Chianti Classico for €28). At the end the caffè was also above average - neither bitter nor sour. All at a very reasonable price - we were very satisfied.
