Quick check in and check out. Attentive and friendly staff. Spacious and well-equipped room, with a view of Mount Pelmo. Comfortable beds and pillows. The spa is excellent. Breakfast with a good variety of products, the quality of the cured meats and the heating of the cloche with scrambled eggs and bacon need to be improved. The labels to indicate the different jams and cakes are missing. The breakfast room is beautiful, overlooking the Pelmo.

Excellent cuisine at the hotel bar, just 15 minutes by car from Cortina, the queen of the Dolomites. View of Mount Pelmo from the bedroom terrace, and located at the foot of Antelao, the second peak of all the Dolomites. Unfortunately, compared to the previous management of 2024, the new management of 2025 leaves something to be desired both in terms of professionalism and the cuisine, which is non-traditional and of a mediocre level for a 4-star hotel. Little availability towards the customer on the part of the staff, and unacceptable gaps for obvious and basic requests in the kitchen. The quality/price ratio is no longer what it used to be

We have been there as a couple at least 3-4 times. Never disappointed with the service. Recommended place in a strategic position. Worthy of note is the restaurant and the small internal SPA

Absolutely wonderful stay. We stopped here for a night and wish we could have stayed longer. Excellent room, good shower, and the breakfast was fab. We had pasta at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals my husband and I had ever had.
The only picky thing is that there was a pet supplement of €20, which is totally fine, I just wish that they had stated it in the booking.
Absolutely recommend, especially the pasta!

Value for money ok with access to the sauna too. Really pleasant and well organized room. I would like to point out no air conditioning but fan blade ventilation. Maybe we made the wrong choice of dinner because the mushroom risotto was a little overcooked and soupy. Sweetie, we saw most of the tables being served something chocolate which unfortunately must have run out during our turn: we were served a tart that was too cold with "berry cream" that looked like it had just been taken out of the freezer. Breakfast was nothing short of excellent!
