A typical Italian trattoria. Limited seating, a limited menu, and excellent dishes. Friendly and courteous service. Fair prices: €20 for a tourist menu is perfectly fine.

Looking for a restaurant that isn't a tourist trap, you can tell from the entrance that this is the place. I ate like a tourist would eat well, without breaking the bank. I've been to all the interesting places in Puglia, and here I can say I ate properly. It's a small restaurant, but the owners did everything they could to ensure everything arrived quickly and satisfied every expectation. The dishes aren't lacking either: the appetizer was incredibly tasty and delicious, and the first course was second to none: orecchiette with turnip tops like nowhere else (I wanted to put cheese on top... they advised against it 😂). And to finish the second course, grilled caciocavallo... I only have two words... mamma mia. Overall, I haven't found a single negative about this little place yet... 10 out of 10. And if you don't like stuffed wafers as a dessert, there's a place across the street that sells Neapolitan-style "nude's breasts," similar to the "Neapolitan clouds." Excellent

Excellent value for money, the place was a bit unwelcoming but overall recommended for a quick lunch and for families.

Excellent little restaurant near the Grotto of San Michele. We ate well, it was clean. The staff was friendly. Highly recommended!

Oggi con la mia famiglia dopo la visita a San Michele ci siamo fermati a mangiare in questo locale a pochi passi dalla chiesa .Cibo ottimo e di qualità. Personale molto educato cordiale e attento su ogni singola portata . Ho una bambina di 4 mesi e nel momento in cui hanno portato la carne la bambina aveva fame e il cameriere di sua spontanea volontà ha portato indietro la carne e me l’ha tenuta al caldo fino a quando mia figlia ha finito di mangiare . Lo consiglio a tutti . Eccellente qualità prezzo .
