I stayed at this property with my family for a weekend. Hospitality and top organization designed to satisfy every need. Genuine cuisine. Very rich breakfast. Cozy and clean rooms. Place surrounded by nature, very quiet, I recommend it

La Molara

26/08/2024: Excellent experience here at La Molara, kind staff attentive to the child's needs, excellent appetizer made with local raw materials and well cooked. Hot ricottas much appreciated, crunchy bread, good lean but not dry meat and the first course with fusilli al dente and well tied, good value for money. We'll be back.
15/08/2024: Inn characterized by a happy union between the simplicity of traditional flavors and the taste of continuous research. Ingredients at km 0 (or, better to say, at meter 0), excellently prepared and a soberly welcoming environment, set in the green Irpinia, complete a truly special experience. Special mention to the vegetables in the starters, as inviting as they are health friendly.

20/10/2024: All good, especially the folklore entertainment group, the walk with aperitif and chestnut picking was splendid. I expected a little more from the menu considering the great wealth of raw materials in the area.
14/10/2024: A Sunday, without a reservation and with the place packed. We are greeted by a young waiter who, when we say "we haven't booked", asks us to wait and goes to call the owner. Giuseppe arrives and, after informing us that he doesn't even have a chair and when we say "we can also sit on the wall with the plates on our laps" he beckons us to wait. In no time at all he organizes a table for us consisting of the surface on which they knead the flour for the tagliatelle, placed on plastic boxes which they use at the end of the day to clear the tables. The bread, water, cutlery and two appetizers arrive immediately (the cured meats and cheeses are excellent) followed by a crock with polenta and caciocavallo and mushroom fondue and another with turnips and potatoes with croutons. VERY GOOD. After a while the gnocchi with chestnuts arrive, followed by tagliatelle with pumpkin which deserve the "slipper" with very fresh and tasty bread. The second is a slice of porchetta with salad and baked potatoes. Last but not least comes the dessert and the coffee. Therefore, everything we ate met our expectations but what struck us most was the availability and courtesy with which everyone asked us if we were comfortable, given the makeshift table which we however greatly appreciated and which brought us to the attention of the other guests with related exchanges of words. WELL GOOD EVERYONE. We will return for sure.
