The proposed menu is undoubtedly varied and well served. Excellent cuisine and very kind staff. The only sore point is the unique environment which obviously lends itself to generating market confusion.. In all ways to be recommended even if objectively not cheap. Excellent location for good relaxation.. But not during lunch.

Very nice farmhouse, excellent food, we were able to evaluate both the kitchen and their rooms, the latter very rustic but welcoming at an excellent price with breakfast, incredibly good products produced by their collaborators (all) of an education and kindness never seen before.

Due to a mix-up they didn't have our booked table available... we were 8 adults and 2 children... no problem they put us where it was impossible to stay for the passage... anyway from the starters to the desserts I rate 10+... the food is truly amazing... I recommend everyone to come to Bron carda... impeccable service and kindness

Farmhouse worth trying, fixed menu, special dishes, more than generous portions, excellent service and beautiful setting surrounded by greenery. Within a national panorama that now exploits tourism to raise prices, lower quality and top it up, making catering lose its meaning and disconnecting it from the Italian economic reality, this type of activity takes you back in time, representing in my opinion a formula to be preserved tooth and nail. The flavors are similar to those of grandmothers and mothers. Now rare experiences.

We had dinner, a spectacular dinner. We stopped at the first courses because the portions were generous but the second courses tempted us. Space appetizers and desserts. Fast and very helpful service, especially the waitress who served us. We will be back!

Yesterday we had lunch in this restaurant immersed in the countryside, a very beautiful place, the brick hall is sometimes very welcoming, the staff was immediately very kind especially with the children who were given crayons and placemats to draw. But let's move on to food. Excellent appetizers, quality cured meats, delicious fried pie, super parmesan cream. We ate two first courses, swallow's nests portioned at the moment and I must say that I would have eaten more, then grandmother's goodies with really excellent sauce, I ate three dishes. The desserts are also very good. If I went back I would also have eaten the wild boar with polenta which, looking at the other tables, looked really inviting. Honest prices and excellent liquors offered by the managers. We will definitely be back.

Ci siamo recati alla Broncarda la sera del 31/10 (Halloween) per parteciapre alla cena con delitto. Tutto veramente piacevole, dal Locale caratteristico (una vecchia stalla) molto accogliente al personale gentile e disponibile. La cena buona e abbondante era assolutamente proporzionata al costo. Gli attori simpatici e adatti al ruolo. Consigliato!

07/03/2025: Close to the city center, with convenient parking, we ate a fish-based menu, alternatively you can choose a land menu with traditional Parmesan contents. Its the type of bread that tastes parmesan with good prosecco, the cod appetizer creamed on a good spinach sauce, perhaps it wasn't as creamy as the creaming, the turbot with crunchy vegetables was excellent.... the polite but not very jovial service gives off a hint of "tiredness". I would go back to try other dishes....

20/01/2025: Given that this is a particular historical period, just as the seasonal period we are going through is particular, I don't expect to find nightlife and varied offers when I visit and experience certain places at certain times of the year. In short, my partner and I are going to Bedonia, we were staying in the B&B Costalta in Compiano and we chose Speedy among the different options. This review could last too long so to make it short and express what I felt for you, I can say that the pizza product is excellent. Very fresh and youthful place but at the same time not at all brazen or obvious. Friendly and friendly staff, therefore very good service. I spilled an entire glass of Coca Cola, well in a minute and a half the cover charge for both of us had been changed. I had the pleasure of chatting at the end of dinner with Gabriele, the owner, he was super kind, curious and I am sure that all the work he did together with Lara, his partner, is the fruit of their love, just as the choices made are for the decor of the restaurant and for the ingredients for its preparations! If we returned to the area, I would choose them again... Super fair value for money
