My family and I wanted to eat good meat. We found this place on the internet. Fully satisfied. Excellent meat, very good, exceptional sausage and bombette. Friendly staff. Very simple but welcoming location. The sausage was the best!!

I can say? Excellent experience, a stone's throw from home. Choice meat cooked very well: rolled sausage, spicy knife-point sausage, gnumareddi, bombette of all kinds, sliced. Delicious chips, mixed salad, rivers of beer, coffee and bitters. For 10 people (who eat...) only €20 each. Nothing compared to quantity and quality. To be done again and next time the marro and the Florentine. Congratulations Uncle Piero and company

Posso dire? Esperienza ottima, a due passi da casa. Carne scelta cotta benissimo: salsiccia arrotolata, salsiccia piccantina a punta di coltello, gnumareddi, bombette di ogni tipo, tagliata. Patatine chips buonissime, insalata mista, fiumi di birra, caffè e amaro. Per 10 perone (che mangiano...) solo 20€ a testa. Niente rispetto alla quantità e qualità. Da rifare e la prossima volta il marro e la fiorentina. Complimenti zio Piero e company

Ormai ogni volta che andiamo a Crispiano, la Brace è tappa fissa. Cordialità ospitalità. Compromesso qualità prezzo eccellente. Piero sei un grande 💪🏻

16/06/2024: Cena per la Cresima di mio figlio. Cercavo un posto BUONO non lontano da casa. Non avevo pretese se non una buona qualità del cibo senza fronzoli e robe appariscenti. Serata davvero GIOIOSA per i sorrisi e la cortesia dai titolari ai dipendenti; location non caotica, ma ORDINATA capace di trasmettere pace e serenità; piatti della tradizione che nella qualità erano preparati con AMORE... Esperienza assolutamente positiva! Una garanzia! GRAZIE Grazia
