25/11/2025: We visited Il Bacio during a visit to Gradara and were thrilled. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a relaxing lunch. The staff is friendly and attentive. The cuisine is excellent, with fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and meticulous presentation. We especially enjoyed the homemade pasta dishes and desserts, which were simply delicious. The value for money is also excellent. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy excellent dishes in a pleasant setting just steps from Gradara Castle!

Plus, my wife is pregnant, and we had our five-year-old daughter with us, and the upstairs dining area was extremely noisy. The appetizer (just a few slices of cheese and bruschetta) arrived about 25 minutes later, and the pasta dishes arrived at 2:20 PM. This means we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a plate of pasta, with my pregnant wife and our five-year-old daughter sitting at the table, in a very noisy room. We fully understand that the restaurant was busy on a Sunday lunch; What's unusual is that no one comes to inform us of such a long delay or apologize, and that the customer has to wait until the bill is due to be asked if "everything went well." Furthermore, the famous table of 15 people arrived after us, so using that as an excuse for the "confusion" only confirms poorly organized service management.
