At the Certosa -Impruneta motorway exit.. There is this magnificent restaurant - pizzeria where you can eat excellent meat, excellent first courses and excellent pizza, all of high quality.. Fast and very young staff, everything in place in terms of timing and accuracy of details. I recommend fried brain with flowers 🎃. Florentine steak meat of excellent quality. A note for the owner who is Sardinian like me and very kind if he stopped for 10 minutes to talk about eating and typical Sardinian things... I felt at home

At Bianchina we tasted an incredible bistecca alla Fiorentina! The meat was tender, flavorful and cooked to perfection. The staff were very attentive, taking the time to explain everything to us and advise us on the best choices. A memorable culinary experience, which we highly recommend to all lovers of good meat and Florentine authenticity!

Ormai conosco bene questa trattoria molto frequentata ed apprezzata. In questo ristorante ho ordinato un antipasto toscano poi una tagliata e il dolce. I piatti sono risultati buoni, la tgliata morbida e saporita il fritto con carciofi leggero e non unto. Il dolce tipico sardo la seadas e il mirto artigianale ottimi.

Locale storico, che all’interno dispone di una grande sala molto caotica, antipasti molto classici , tagliatelle al sugo di cinghiale buono il sapore ma purtroppo al suo interno abbiamo trovato molti piccoli pezzi di osso ( spiacevole e pericoloso) Dolci nella media Prezzo giusto

31/12/2024: We had a great time! The food was all good from the starters (artichokes in oil and bruschetta with pecorino and bacon) to the main courses (fillet, sliced ​​meat and fried rabbit)! French fries 🔝! I would recommend this place! Only note... watch out for the waitress/chef who is a bit on her own, even if we managed to get a smile from her at the end of the meal!
