Excellent restaurant japonais : que des produits frais , préparés à la demande. Excellente présentation, accueil chaleureux et très professionnel, une super équipe , des cuisines jusqu’au service , un des responsables parle français, bien pratique quand on veut s’assurer des bons choix de plats ou propositions de sushis ,tartares, tatakis ou bœuf rare japonais . Les sauces sont délicieuses Toutes les propositions sont excellentes, nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons déjeuner et dîner le même jour ! Il y aussi des propositions de menus dégustation 50/85 E . Que des produits nobles et bien préparés, évidemment cela a un prix mais on peut déjà se faire plaisir pour un budget de 30/40 E par personne. A recommander sans réserve , vaut mieux que 4,5/5 .

Dinner with my family at one of my favorite restaurants. Leon and Valentina are a wonderful couple and manage KOI 🔝😍 with great professionalism and excellent raw materials. My salmon and avocado tartare and the Wagiu burger were excellent without forgetting the lemon dessert 🍋 extraordinary, which melted in your mouth, truly exceptional. Absolutely recommended in a very beautiful, welcoming and relaxing location 😎

Nice place to eat for those who love Sushi. Very big location, well done and very beautiful. The food is good, the rations small, but you can ask for anything you want. The waiters are not very nice, they seem annoyed. There are many of them and things arrive quite quickly, less so when the restaurant is full which takes a little while to arrive. The price very good. Overall good experience. I'll be back.

20/05/2025: Good food, minimal service (you order at the counter, you are called and you collect your plate), small place and, unfortunately, VERY COLD. I went on a cold day and inside the thermometer read 16 DEGREES. Everything is fine but eating while shivering is excessive. Result: wolfed down in 3 minutes the very good rice with curry (after 20 minutes of waiting), we ran away and went to warm up in the car swearing. Sorry guys, fix the heating please! See you, maybe, in August.
14/05/2025: Every time I go to Matsurika it's like stepping into Japan. The place is a small izakaya style restaurant, cozy and with authentic dishes that are all delicious. A place where I always come back with pleasure!

06/06/2025: Beautiful, it's a bar that's practically unique in Turin! The best part of the experience is not focusing on large single portions but trying a bit of everything, I especially recommend the various mochi, they're spectacular (and it's one of the places in Turin where the mochi is the authentic one, usually in other places they're just balls of ice cream). IMPORTANT: book otherwise it's practically impossible to find a place
04/06/2025: I've been to Kintsugi in Turin and the experience was truly unique. The place is a corner of tranquility, with an atmosphere that mixes elegance and simplicity. The warm tones, minimalist furnishings and attention to detail make every corner a little refuge. I tried the matcha cookies and the matcha cappuccino, and I must say that they were both fantastic. The cookies were perfect, with the right soft consistency and an intense, yet balanced flavor that only matcha can give. The cappuccino, on the other hand, was creamy and delicate, with a touch of matcha that gave a unique note without being too invasive. An experience that really makes you appreciate the quality of this magical and fantastic ingredient. The staff is very knowledgeable and guides you in choosing the desserts and teas. A place that is absolutely worth trying for those who love matcha, but also for those looking for a sweet break in a welcoming and refined environment.
