In a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, the dialogue with the diners is accompanied by soft music and acts as a real treasure chest of smells and flavors that each of the dishes releases. A cuisine with firm roots in traditional Mediterranean and Sicilian foods that leaves room for new forms and combinations. Both the prawn tartare and the amberjack meatballs are capable of ensnaring the nose and palate. Exceptional caponata as well as the potato and prawn nests. Spaghetti tonnarello leaves no doubt about the goodness of the combination of pecorino and prawns. In the desserts you will find the Sicilian essence which, firm in traditions, discovers new ways of existence. Excellent service, delicacy and kindness for the customer guide the work of the staff. Maria accompanies the courses with a smile, Daniele the maitre always ready to talk about the philosophy and research behind the dishes.
