I discovered this very Top restaurant-pizzeria last night: food based on meat cooked on the spot on the grill in full view, first courses of excellent quality and pizzas cooked in a wood oven with excellent flavour. Very full of people, groups and even singles with truly affordable costs. Always keep in mind to make a good impression on friends and acquaintances.

Excellent for quality and price. Advice that would make it even more appetizing. The burnt pizza is acrylamide and is carcinogenic. Baffetto which has become one of the iconic pizzerias bakes the pizzas on a plate that ensures that they are not burnt at all. Result in nothing remaining on the plate. Instead, often when the pizza is burnt, parts of the burnt pizza remain on the plate and it is not the best in terms of efficiency and health if eaten. With this precaution it would be top💪

I stopped at Joseph's for something to eat on the run, they had a table reserved shortly after my arrival but they were kind and let me sit. Everyone was very courteous, I ordered a nice Amatriciana and a glass of wine (even though 2 of 3 proposals were missing I was equally satisfied), my dish arrived in a very short time but without showing haste, I finished my meal, perfectly on time to free up for the next customer. I was thus able to enjoy a good plate of Amatriciana before leaving Rome.

Delicious food, very fast and friendly service and not that pricey. We spent a week in Rome and ate here almost every day! It's definitely worth a visit, especially if you live in the area! But don't forget to call and make a reservation in advance.

Sabato sera a cena con amici. Locale pienissimo. Un menù ampissimo che comprende carne, pesce e pizza. Buoni i frutti presi per iniziare. Gustose anche le pizze, tipologia romana ovvero molto sottili e croccanti. Ottimo il tiramisù. Conto finale davvero competitivo per la tipologia di locale. Servizio professionale. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
