The reception staff were very kind and helped us resolve a series of issues related to a cancelled flight. I highly recommend the hospitality and the ambience. The hotel is in a strategic location.

We stayed for three nights, and the location was great. You're right next to the nearest parking lot (bus station). You can visit the center and walk there. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, helping you with anything you needed. The breakfast was average, and the breakfast staff a bit stupid... The hotel needs a facelift and a bit of a remodel; everything is very old. And what's worse, I dreaded sleeping in the room we stayed in. I came out every day with all the bites I could have had in thousands of years... no matter how much repellent I applied... the hives were nonstop. I don't want to think about it, but fumigation...

Some rooms have been recently renovated, which is a real plus, even if the overall experience is still a little dated. The breakfast is very good, with quality products, although it can become a bit repetitive when staying for a full week. There's also a rooftop breakfast area. A bonus for those traveling with a rental car: there's secure parking next to the train station, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Overall, a great value for money way to explore Cagliari!

A good hotel to stay if you're not driving; it's within walking distance of the airport train station. A good breakfast and minibar are included. The room is well soundproofed.

Excellent location (close to the train station and the historic center), cleanliness, generous breakfast, welcoming, friendly service, and helpful staff. We had a problem with the room, but they fixed it right away! Highly recommended.

The staff is friendly. It's noisy as soon as you open the windows. The nearest parking lot is at the harbor, for a fee. Police frequently check for valid tickets. The hotel isn't easy to find, as it's located in a pedestrian zone. The breakfast is good.
