08/12/2024: A unique experience, which goes beyond a simple dinner. We had the privilege of living the Chef's Table experience, sitting in front of the kitchen, observing Chef Giancarlo Perbellini prepare each dish with skill and passion. The chance to interact with him and his team as they presented the dishes made the evening extraordinarily intimate, like being guests at the home of a dear friend. The welcome was impeccable from the moment we entered: the Chef himself greeted us and accompanied us on a visit to the historic cellar, telling us the history of the place with great warmth. From there, we entered the kitchen to begin an unforgettable culinary journey. The dinner was a succession of emotions. Each dish was a work of art, and the sommelier Stefano was able to guide us with great expertise in the choice of wines, describing them with passion and creating perfect pairings with the Chef's creations. A particular moment was discovering Riccardo's secret "the dish is like a clock" but without spoilers: if you are curious you have to ask him. The service in the room was impeccable: present but never intrusive, a rare quality that made everything even more pleasant. The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere meant that we felt completely at ease, free to converse and fully enjoy the experience. We can't wait to return.
