I agree with the absolute excellence of food and care.
Service too fast in terms of not letting the diner finish: at the last bite they take away the plate.
I agree that it is very incorrect to find in the bill the additional 40 euros for the two welcome glasses, no starred restaurant I have been to does this. Or at least it must be said, that's not correct.
Excellent quality, small portions compared to other restaurants of similar quality.
Priceless, wonderful location.

Suggestive location with terrace overlooking the gulf of Noli, splendid. Having chosen the summer menu, we start with a welcome bubble.
Well prepared dishes, quality raw materials, expert combinations, not all of which are very successful. The courses flow quickly, perhaps a little too fast. The fried ravioli, a kind of trumpet courgette and almond pudding, the swordfish with grilled watermelon and the truly delicious final dessert with Sacher chocolate and apricot are exhilarating.
Significant price appropriate to the menu, embarrassing however to find in the bill the additional 40 euros for the two welcome glasses, the aperitif was not offered??

Dined outdoors in a very pleasant atmosphere. The professional, attentive and super kind staff, from the waiters to the Somelier. The food is the real gem, we opted for the "a bit of summer" menu, a real sensorial journey: eyes, taste, smell. One of the best restaurants I have tried. I definitely recommend

Ci aspettavamo di più, non che i piatti non siano curati o buoni, ma vista la stella ed i prezzi applicati ci si aspetta abbinamenti e sapori sorprendenti che non abbiamo riscontrato. Gentilezza migliorabile, non tanto da parte dei camerieri e sommelier (impeccabili), quanto dalla caposala/proprietaria.

Interesting panoramic route to reach the venue with lift and rack. Truly beautiful and evocative view. Excellent food but really "screaming" bread and oil :)
Well-groomed, non-trivial dishes that deserve a stop in this truly particular place. Perfect service times (not a given).
The town of Noli is also worth a stop.
Congratulations indeed for the hospitality and courtesy (things not always present even if taken for granted).

A splendid place to admire the gulf and the town of Noli. Taking advantage of a clinic day with Massimo Recalcati who saw fit to nourish our mind and soul by hosting us in this magnificent place. I combined my passion for my work with that for quality cuisine. Elegy of flavors and tastes in the dishes tasted thanks to chef Ricchebono.
