You absolutely must try it.

What can I say... a very pleasant explosion of tastes and flavors. We ate the tasting menu with wine pairings, guided by a sommelier who accompanied us throughout the dinner. A very pleasant experience.

Dinner, August 1, 2025, outdoors. Accessible by private elevator. A table with a sea view, but that's an understatement: a table with a spectacular view. We chose the tasting menu, featuring fish. There was also a wine tasting. Everything was excellent, with some surprising dishes. The wines were fantastic, unexpected. Perhaps seven tastings were too many for me. The sommelier who guided us through this experience was engaging, passionate, and very knowledgeable. Everything she told us about the wineries and their production was truly invaluable. The service was excellent. I felt like I was right at the center of things. A wonderful experience, unfortunately not one I can replicate anytime soon given the price, but I think it's the right price for such a beautiful experience that engages all the senses.
