The photos speak for themselves: it's a beautiful hotel, but I'd like to focus on the staff because they were helpful, courteous, and fun. The rooms are clean and modern, and the breakfast is very generous. They offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. THANK YOU!!!

Very professional and courteous staff. The accommodation is very comfortable and beautiful, and the rooms are perfect. The hotel has a partner with a nearby parking lot and is a 5-minute walk from the historic center. I've always been satisfied with my every need.

A really nice hotel, with convenient parking and close to the center thanks to the escalators. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and beautiful and comprehensive amenities like the pool and fitness center. Well done!

The hotel is located near the city center, accessible via escalators. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is standard for hotels of this category, nothing special. One problem is the lack of parking, which forces you to pay for parking at best.

Hotel in the center, the room I stayed in had no window, it felt like a prison, boarding and disembarking of passengers takes place at on the road in front of the hotel where traffic is blocked, bus parking is 4 km away of the hotel, the staff does not offer driver transportation, bad service

Excellent hotel, central location. Covered parking available for €16 per day. Very large pool, varied breakfast for all tastes. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is easily accessible by foot from the center.

09/12/2025: Good, though not excellent. Worthy of note: the caprese and the legume soup. The atmosphere is very unique and welcoming. Excellent service.
15/11/2025: Excellent place in a central location near the cathedral. Very well-maintained restaurant with an open kitchen. Excellent food, helpful and friendly staff, fair price. I recommend it.

20/11/2025: The restaurant is located in the square in front of the fountain, a beautiful setting. The restaurant is not very large, but it's welcoming. The table setting is very well-designed, with decorative plates; the tables are small. The menu isn't extensive, and choosing can be difficult due to the unique flavors. The food is decent; honestly, I would have expected more, especially considering the slightly above-average prices. The service was professional, but rather cold and clinical. It was unpleasant to hear the staff chattering in the kitchen.
17/11/2025: We loved this restaurant! We ate their twice during our stay weeks stay in Panicale, a charming hillside town. It was was off season in November so we were able to walk in without a reservation. The food was excellent, non-traditional Italian cuisine with a great wine selection and the service was great. The commute was fantastic as it was a 3 minute walk from our hotel. We will definitely go back on our next trip back to Panicale. We definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the area or staying in town.
