Renovated, welcoming and clean rooms, impeccable service. The staff is friendly, helpful and always ready to satisfy every request.
Excellent and varied breakfast. A truly pleasant stay, I've been coming here for about 3 years and it's a point of reference.

Everyone was kind, superior room without bathroom accessories, excellent breakfast, good dinner and musical entertainment. Convenient parking and escalators to the center.

I stayed at the Sangallo hotel over the Epiphany weekend.
We were a group of friends.
We were pleasantly welcomed by a completely renovated, welcoming and clean structure.
The modern rooms with all necessary amenities are very large.
SUPER breakfast with great choice and clean and well-equipped SPA and gym rooms.
The only flaw was the faulty hydromassage tub in the superior room (unfortunately it was not fixed during the stay)

I had a fantastic holiday at this hotel. The room was spacious, quiet and spotless, the bed very comfortable. The staff was always available and attentive to my requests. A special thank you to Paolo for his availability and professionalism. Breakfast offered a wide choice of fresh, quality products. The hotel's location is strategic, a few steps from the center and the main places of interest. I can't wait to go back!

Strategic location, 10 minutes walk from the center, near the bus station, but busy and necessarily noisy road.
Clean rooms and very comfortable beds.
Poor service: sometimes rude staff, rooms without all the classic supplements (eg cotton buds, conditioner in the shower, hotel slippers...) found in any 4-star hotel. Breakfast taken away, coffee with machines and not from bars, tables not set and cleared very irregularly.
From a 4 star I expect more.
