Estaba bastante tranquilo en Pienza cuando visitamos, fuimos los primeros en cenar en este restaurante en una pequeña y encantadora plaza. Era un cálido día de otoño, así que comimos al aire libre. Lo más destacado de la comida fueron los ñoquis, tan suaves, y en una salsa cremosa con un toque de limón, estaban tan buenos que pedimos una segunda porción. El vino tinto local Nobile de Montepulciano también fue excelente.

O local é muito bonito. Gostamos do atendimento e da comida. As mesas do lado de fora são mais agradáveis, se o tempo permitir.

I highly recommend this place. It is located in the heart of the city in a building from the 15th century, close to all monuments. An extremely atmospheric place. The rooms are decorated in a traditional style. The whole thing makes you travel back in time and feel like one of the city's inhabitants. An additional advantage is the terrace from which you can admire the views. The owners are cordial and helpful.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at the B&B Rossellino and we loved every second of it. It was a sweet, quaint little place, perfectly situated and close to lots of great restaurants and the city center. We loved our time there!

Beautiful building, right next to the main square. Incredible rooftop with panoramic view of the valley. Lovely and super helpful staff. Would strongly recommend! :)

15/01/2025: Excellent ribollita, terrible tagliatelle with wild boar ragù (without salt, tasteless ragù probably frozen) I was extremely disappointed! The truffle ravioli is good and the choice of wines is good. Convenient location near Siena Cathedral, friendly waitress. Don't let yourself sit at the table in front of the door in winter because it freezes! 😂

17/11/2024: Abbiamo pranzato all’esterno in una piazzetta meravigliosa!il servizio è stato ottimo nonostante i tavoli si siano riempiti in 10 minuti. Cibo ottimo, consiglio tra gli antipasti il pan brioche con i fegatini e il cardoncello fritto, come primo ho preso le ruote al ragout di daino, mentre come secondo il maialino era molto buono. Ottima carta vini, hanno un brunello da 38€! Prezzi giusti!
