Estaba bastante tranquilo en Pienza cuando visitamos, fuimos los primeros en cenar en este restaurante en una pequeña y encantadora plaza. Era un cálido día de otoño, así que comimos al aire libre. Lo más destacado de la comida fueron los ñoquis, tan suaves, y en una salsa cremosa con un toque de limón, estaban tan buenos que pedimos una segunda porción. El vino tinto local Nobile de Montepulciano también fue excelente.

O local é muito bonito. Gostamos do atendimento e da comida. As mesas do lado de fora são mais agradáveis, se o tempo permitir.

I highly recommend this place. It is located in the heart of the city in a building from the 15th century, close to all monuments. An extremely atmospheric place. The rooms are decorated in a traditional style. The whole thing makes you travel back in time and feel like one of the city's inhabitants. An additional advantage is the terrace from which you can admire the views. The owners are cordial and helpful.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at the B&B Rossellino and we loved every second of it. It was a sweet, quaint little place, perfectly situated and close to lots of great restaurants and the city center. We loved our time there!

Beautiful building, right next to the main square. Incredible rooftop with panoramic view of the valley. Lovely and super helpful staff. Would strongly recommend! :)

10/02/2025: We went to this restaurant with friends on Sunday for lunch. Our experience did not fully satisfy us, decent appetizers but the first course I chose, macaroni with dried tomatoes and broccoli, disappointed me The pasta arrived on the plate all broken and drowned in a little too much oil. The dessert was good but my coffee and dark chocolate semifreddo was only coffee-based, the chocolate was only present as a decoration of the dish.
06/02/2025: Attention 10 Marriage with "difficult" people with intolerances and they lived up to it. Everything was very good. I still remember the appetizer. And the dining room team is truly excellent

05/01/2025: Locale carino, personale cortese, cibo buono! Noi abbiamo preso il tagliere misto con salumi, formaggio e crostino poi i pici cacio, pepe e bergamotto e i tagliolini ai mirtilli e speck ed era tutto buonissimo 😋 Prezzi nella norma, ci ritorneremo!
