Sunday 16 February, we decide to have lunch at this restaurant. Even though we arrived 20 minutes before the restaurant opened, the super courteous staff made us sit at the table. We are immediately fascinated by the family and warm environment. Truly sublime food, refined and above all local raw materials, homemade pasta. The Ceriola del Roscio has remained in my heart...

The restaurant is very nice and characteristic, in an excellent position on the Attigliano motorway exit.
It is located on the first floor of a building and the environment is a very large living room with a huge corner fireplace that creates atmosphere.
The only flaw in my opinion was the cold air that entered every time someone opened the door to enter, as we were sitting nearby, perhaps a screen would solve the problem.
The food is good, perhaps the quantity of cold cuts and cheeses in the starter was a little small, but otherwise I ate well.
The meat was good and the roasted porcini mushrooms were also very tasty.

Fantastic traditional local dishes. Excellent meats on an open grill in the dining room. Very good house wine.
I recommend amatriciana and grilled lamb... delicacies too...!
Attentive and helpful staff.
The restaurant is owned by the family of the hotel of the same name next door.
Stopping to sleep in the Roscio hotel and a dinner at the Roscio restaurant becomes a travel break/stopover
pleasant, relaxing and satisfying...!

Appena fuori dall'autostrada, ci siamo fermati per cena. Che scelta spettacolare: l'amatriciana era di un altro pianeta. Il locale è un po' retrò, ma non vi preoccupate: la cucina è devastante e i prezzi super competitivi.

Una bella e assolata domenica di ottobre siamo riusciti ad andare in questo ristorante che mi isiprava ogni volta che uscivo dal casello di Attigliano e che non ero riuscito a visitare prima.
Una menzione speciale all’ordine e alla pulizia, dalla sala, ai servizi, il camino ad anglo, tutto splendente, si poteva mangiare per terra! Personale molto preciso e gentile, mai invadente e sempre attento e veloce.
Veniamo al cibo, gli standard umbri sono molto alti e in questo ristorante non si fanno mancare nulla, primi eccellenti, carni cotte davanti a te in maniera impeccabile, contorni e dolci di alto livello, una buona cantina. Prezzi onesti! Torneremo.
