We arrived at Il Randagio an hour before opening — tired, hungry, fresh off a full day of travel — and the owner noticed us and made a plan. WOW! Within minutes, we had wine, water, and a delicious appetizer, and before long, we were enjoying an incredible meal. Everything was real, simple, and absolutely spectacular. Can’t wait to be back — thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

We were a group of 13 for a birthday party. We arranged a menu of seafood appetizers and paella. Everything was very good and tasty. The seafood probably wasn't all fresh (I'm thinking of the scampi and shrimp), but it was still good. The shrimp were sandy, probably because the black string hadn't been removed. I almost hurt my teeth a couple of times with pieces of clam shell scattered around the bottom. The service was fast, professional, and courteous. The location was average, quite noisy but not annoying. As for the prices, I can't say why I was invited. It's definitely a place worth trying again for the other dishes on the menu! Edit October '25: This time we had the cotoletta alla bolognese with a side of potatoes and sautéed spinach, plus zuppa inglese. Everything was truly excellent; the cotoletta was superb. And for once (a rare occurrence), I really enjoyed the zuppa inglese, which I generally love, but never manage to eat properly. I confirm my excellent impression, even though this time (Saturday night) it was quite noisy because the place was packed. I further appreciated the kindness of the staff and the speed with which our dishes were served. Well done!

Locale stile anni 80, servizio veloce che permette il cambio dei commensali in poco tempo! Non è solo locale tipico e pizzeria ma anche del buon ristorante di pesce! Locale molto informale ma qualità del cibo molto buona

Da fuori sembra un buco ma quando entri, si apre un mondo. Eccellente la cortesia e la professionalità del personale che serve ai tavoli, servizio veloce ed impeccabile. Porzioni abbondanti e ben impiattate, tutto cucinato al momento. Cucina locale curata nei minimi dettagli. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ah! ... Quasi dimenticavo, concentratevi su antipasti primi e secondi. La pizza è da evitare!
