We booked in advance as the place has few tables. Excellent service: super welcoming restaurant owner. We took (among other things): Screppelle m'bosse (in broth, delicious), porcini mushroom soup, artichoke in crust, breaded ribs. 30 euros each including half a liter of wine.

reading reviews, and after suggestions from other activities, we came to this small family restaurant perched on the town and carved into the rock. to welcome us, and above all to pamper us with a smile, the courtesy and politeness of times gone by, David. he supported us in the choice by explaining techniques and raw materials and then delighting us with original flavors of Abruzzo cuisine and products. I also enjoyed an exquisite and very tender Entrecó with a maillard from true barbecue professionals. truly thanks to those who put passion and dedication into this work

leggendo recensioni, e dopo suggerimenti di altre attività, siamo giunti in questo piccolo ristorante familiare arroccato sul paese e scavato nella roccia. ad accoglierci, e soprattutto a coccolarci con il sorriso la cortesia e il garbo d’altri tempi, Davide. ci ha supportato nella scelta spiegando tecniche e materie prime per poi deliziarci con gusti originali della cucina e dei prodotti abruzzesi. ho apprezzato anche una squisita e tenerissima Entrecó con una maillard da veri professionisti della brace. davvero grazie a chi ci mette passione e dedizione in questo lavoro

Small and very cute place. Welcoming and helpful staff. A good choice of menu with typical Abruzzo dishes. I ate really well. Price in line with the location and the quality of the dishes

Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto della casa molto buono, una zuppa di funghi sensazionale, un'entrecote divina ed un tiramisù indubbiamente fatto in casa buonissimo. Il servizio è attento e gentile. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Il locale è bellissimo e intimo. Segnalo che i cani educati sono i benvenuti.

Special and refined setting, traditional menu. Valid seconds, in my opinion far superior to the first. I didn't find the service adequate, due to the long wait and the unmanned room.

23/12/2024: We immediately liked the place, rustic but well-kept, at the same time elegant and with character, in a small charming village in the Abruzzo Apennines. We had come looking for kebabs, which my children are fond of, but the menu led us to add some local proposals which were much appreciated, in particular the appetizers and vegetables. Among the desserts I mention their millefeuille proposal. Above all we appreciated the excellent, competent and attentive service. Beautiful evening. A reference to return to whenever we return to Abruzzo.

17/09/2024: I visited the restaurant twice: a very suggestive location at the end of the center of Tagliacozzo, located above a stream, between waterfalls and fountains. In summer the tables are located under suggestive multi-level terraces, surrounded by bubbling streams with a general impression of freshness. However, the environment is refined and pays attention to detail, and the staff is helpful and courteous. Menu with a choice of traditional local offerings in which vegetarian alternatives are present. The starters are very good and include an excellent aubergine parmigianina, the truffle egg with bacon, the same vegetarian starter and the large selection of cheeses. The rest of the menu and desserts are noteworthy, among which the splendid cream millefeuille stands out. To be tasted once in a lifetime. Adequate prices, around €35 ​​per person. Recommended anyway.
