Located in the ancient village at the bottom of a beautiful valley. Saturday lunch on the pleasant veranda in a scorching August. First prize tagliatelle with ragù, good meat and desserts. Attentive and competent service. Correct prices.

The pizza is really excellent (soft, very tasty and digestible)... we also tried a first course (Strozzapreti cacio e pepe), which certainly needs improvement (the type of pasta is not the correct one so it is a little rubbery) .
The second course (cockerel with baked potatoes), the meat and the cooking of the cockerel were very good while I would definitely change the quality of the potatoes (consistency of the potato too sweetish).

12/24 tonight we returned to this restaurant after a long time. The environment is clean and quiet, the tables are large and spacious. The waiter is very eclectic and exuberant, let's say he makes himself felt. We ordered 4 pizzas. I got one with a stuffed crust which I have never tried. I was expecting a nice round and puffy pizza but instead a "small" square pizza arrived with buffalo mozzarella in the center and very stuffed because the ingredients were all in the crust. Again, I had never taken it so I didn't know what to expect. For me it was new. In addition to mine, we took one with vegetables, one with olives, capers, anchovies and dried tomatoes, and one with spicy salami and buffalo mozzarella. Two cokes on tap, a bottle of water and two medium beers. The pizzas were good although mine was a little burnt. The price was average but we had to pay in cash because the POS didn't take it since the place is located in a hole. Meh. I've read other reviews that speak well of the former and latter. We will probably try them again and if we like them I will always have time to improve my opinion.

Digestible and tasty Neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood oven as tradition dictates.
Beautiful environment, recently renovated but which maintains the rustic style of the historic center of Vedegheto.
Friendly but attentive service, perfect for everyone, from couples to families to groups of hungry people.
Very fair prices for the quality of the raw materials used, full 5 stars.
