Fantastic location, structure and very good food.

Il Poggio is a fantastic resort, with extremely kind, courteous, and always helpful staff. The reception staff is lovely, making you feel immediately at home. The room was clean, as was the breakfast in the morning. Congratulations again, five stars aren't enough.

We stayed here with my family to celebrate my 50th birthday. We loved everything: from the warm and professional welcome, to the modern, bright, and clean rooms, to the comfortable beds with pillows of varying heights and softness. The pool, like the entire property, is well-maintained and welcoming. Overall, the atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing. In the evening, we chose to dine at the hotel, and the à la carte restaurant won us over with the quality and flavor of the dishes. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh pastries, fruit, cereals, cold cuts, and everything you could possibly desire. The only thing we didn't like was having to leave!

We returned with friends. The property is a must-have to remember when you're in the area.
