We went to this restaurant again, this time for Easter lunch, the restaurant offered two types of menus, land and sea, every single dish of the two menus was particularly good and cooked with excellent raw materials. To underline the immense helpfulness of the new managers who didn't bat an eyelid at my partner's request for a dish off the menu and presented us with a risotto that was nothing short of exceptional and in no way inferior to a starred dish...what can I say, highly recommended, we will definitely be back to try other dishes that have intrigued us.

Excellent restaurant, friendly and helpful service, excellent cuisine. Absolutely try the "Giovanna" bacon... it literally melts in your mouth.

Restaurant in a farmhouse in the middle of the countryside, really beautiful, you feel at peace, and it also has a landing strip for small airplanes. Beautiful restaurant, characteristic, friendly service prepared and available, excellent food, we go back every now and then because you eat really well and you feel at home. Changed management, but the quality and the creativity and the friendliness have remained the same. Compliments to the chef and everyone! Recommended!

We drove around the hills of San Damiano in Colle in a camper. We asked for a place to park easily and enjoy Sunday. They pointed us to "Il Pilota", and luckily!
Very relaxing place in the countryside surrounded by a large farmhouse, full of spring scents. The rooms are very beautiful in full countryside style.
Kind and patient staff. We took the taglionini with sea urchin, a spectacle! And paccheri with monkfish: remarkable! Fried cod. Mix of cheeses including donkey cheese. All very good. Top wine! Given the space around us we walked with the dog... and enjoyed the beautiful sunny Sunday.

Abbiamo cenato qui, due settimane fa, per il compleanno del mio compagno. La nuova gestione subentrata da poco alla precedente, non ha deluso le aspettative, i piatti che abbiamo scelto erano ottimi, non da meno la cantina dei vini. I titolari molto attenti e disponibili. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Location invitante e suggestiva. Lo frequento da tempo e la cucina offre sempre prelibatezze uniche, con una vastissima scelta e un'altissima qualità.
Indiscutibili anche i raffinati dolci, di propria produzione.
Definire "lista dei vini" l'offerta enologica è riduttivo.
Quella di Ferdinando è una vera e propria "enciclopedia dei vini", ricca di scelte per qualunque idea di spesa.
Il servizio è improntato alla miglior professionalità e mai separato da una contagiosa simpatia. Vivamente consigliato.
