I dined at Pigno at least four years ago, but every year I promise myself I'll return, if only to try the famous Viterbo-style acqua pazza soup and the tiramisu, one of the best I've ever eaten. I don't remember exactly what the other diners had, but I do remember that everyone was satisfied at the end of the meal, and that years later we still remember it with nostalgia. The atmosphere is rustic, a bit retro, and the space is spacious. The service is discreet and fast. The prices are fair and clearly displayed on the blackboard at the entrance. Definitely worth a try.

We had a great meal at this restaurant. Spaghetti con vongole, polpette, carciofi alla romana, agnello, and tiramisu—all very good, and the owners were very nice :) Thanks again, we'll be back!

This was the only place open on a Monday afternoon for lunch past 2:30pm. It's not a popular time, and I was the only customer, but WOW, it was outstanding! I had to translate the posting board, and got a soup with beans, chickpeas, and other vegetables, and it was great - but the real star was the tomato based cod dish. Wow! I thought I'd had this elsewhere in Italy - and lived it - but this was by far the best. It was perfectly cooked, and the sauce, fabulous.

23/07/2025: I have a lot of trouble digesting pizza, but at this restaurant you can eat as much as you want, until late at night, and your digestion will always be perfect! I've been eating pizza only here for years, also because they make a gluten-free version that you can't tell apart from the regular one, and they also have lactose-free mozzarella, which is essential for me as I have a severe intolerance. Overall, I always recommend this restaurant to everyone. The fries, supplì, and all kinds of burgers are also delicious. The prices are completely fair, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. And last but not least, the location, just steps from a breathtaking view of the badlands and Civita di Bagnoregio. Highly recommended!

22/04/2025: Bellissima location, sulla riva del lago in un contesto tranquillo nonostante fosse pasquetta. Il personale gentilissimo, servizio veloce e piatti di belle porzioni e di buona qualità! Sono dog friendly e ci siamo potuti godere il pranzo con il nostro pelosetto. Consiglio vivamente!
