Nice place in the center of Viterbo, the garden terrace overlooks the Faul valley and from here you can admire a splendid sunset. Excellent quality food, especially the fish dishes, with a particular note of merit on the always fresh raw products. The wine list is excellent and they are always well stocked. It is advisable to book a little in advance, especially on weekends.

Fantastico locale medievale con ottimo servizio. Piatti a base di pesce squisiti e abbondanti, innaffiati da Prosecco e Cava. Ottimi i dolci e onesto il prezzo.

A restaurant located in the historic center with everything taken care of from the location to the dishes. We tasted both the meat and fish menus, impeccable and high quality. Very friendly staff, excellent customer care. I highly recommend.

Un doveroso ringraziamento a mio fratello che mi ha fatto scoprire questo scrigno dei sapori!
Location calda, raffinata ed accogliente, così come il servizio, sempre attento ma mai invadente.
Un plauso alla scelta delle materie prime e della proposta gastronomica, che spazia dal mare ai monti e delizia il palato non risultando mai stucchevole o ridondante, senza tralasciare l'accurata selezione di vini.
Sempre soddisfattissimo, anche dei prezzi, adeguati alla proposta ed alle materie prime utilizzate.

In the heart of the historic center of Viterbo, near the papal palace, a restaurant in my opinion, among the best in Viterbo.
Possibility of meat or fish menu, tried both, very high quality!
Sublime tartare, the meat was butter, not to mention the fish in a potato crust.
The price is absolutely honest, despite a very high level.
The service respects the right times, even with the place full there are never delays.
A highly recommended place!

New Year's Eve, very special menu and, to our surprise, everything delicious! The second courses were excellent but the imaginative combinations of the first courses left us truly surprised! Absolutely coming back! Excellent place and service!
