Ristorante Il Patio In Bologna

The hotel itself is ok, the beds are large and comfortable. The bathroom needs to be refreshed because it is showing wear and tear. However, the location is a big minus if you are flying into Bologna at night. There is no transport other than expensive taxis. The distance from the airport is not far, so walking is simply dangerous. There is no pavement or lighting.

Very good hotel for a one night stay with airport drop and with a good restaurant which is closer to the airport. However, the only drawback is that there is nothing else closer to the hotel in walking distance.

Beds were clean and comfortable, the hotel has definitely seen better days. Has An element of grandeur but is now a bit shabby. A good 3 star not a 4 star quality

Very nice and convenient for the airport. If I need to stay overnight again before taking the plane I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 8 nights total, paid for 9. It is an old hotel in need of serious upgrades, elevators not working, the patios are in disgusting shape and unsafe, woke up this morning to find ants in our room. The front desk staff are helpful within certain parameters, but when we had a problem with our reservation they stonewalled us and kept repeating the same automatic replies. The restaurant is medium quality, the staff were good but the breakfast buffet could use more variety. Booking online was difficult, the only times to communicate were Monday to Friday 8 to 5. The booking company name (Blastness) sounds like a toilet function which I think reflects their service quality. I think this hotel relies on convention business and individual services are placed at a lower priority. I would not fault the staff for the shortcomings here, I think they try hard. I think management policies and an unwillingness to spend any money on improving the quality of accommodation is the problem.

It is good, quite close to the airport and they have a bus service with connection to the airport on a fairly long schedule. It is not a spectacular hotel either but the beds are comfortable.

Rooms could use a makeover. The elevator is somehow always broken. The location to the airport is, of course, very good.

Old Sheraton hotel, with 35 years of life, you cannot ask too much when it comes to room quality. But rooms very clean with plenty of towels, aircon & balcony. Front desk staff very polite and friendly. Decent breakfast with savory and sweet options. Crostata was very good. I asked for a cappuccino and I got it in 1 minute. Don’t forget to get a coffee at the bar when Vittorio is working. A veteran of the hotel will entertain you with some good old stories.
