Had lunch today at Osteria del Maniero. A very positive experience. A refined and elegant environment, a professional welcome. A special mention for Cristina, friendly, smiling and communicative. I was welcomed directly by the chef and sommelier with a welcome glass and in the short conversation I immediately felt at ease and I understood that I had chosen a restaurant that knows the ingredients deeply. The venue is a manor house (castle) renovated with head and preserving the best preserved original parts. Friendly and present staff. The meat dishes for my son and fish for me with perfect combinations suggested by the sommelier, have a perfect balance that recall Ferran Adrià's careful study of combinations without ever being cloying like the hand of Alfredo Russo, that enveloping softness and the explosion of taste. I advise all customers to choose starter, first course, second course, cheese and/or dessert according to their personal tastes, you will be able to leave pleasantly satisfied. I gave myself a wonderful birthday present in the company of my son. I don't want to say anything about the dishes, it's nice to marvel.

A wonderful family-run location to say the least; refined and attentive cuisine; we had dinner during the gorgonzola event, delicious and well presented dishes; the owner Chef Stefano often came to the table and we appreciated this very much, but I must give special praise to the dessert, carefully prepared by Cristina Sommelier and owner; Congratulations to everyone, I highly recommend this location
