What can I say? We'd never been to this famous restaurant, and I have to say, it's a shame we hadn't! The service was exceptionally courteous over the phone during the reservation process, and as soon as you arrive, you feel warmly welcomed by the maître d', a delightful person with a level of empathy that's hard to find these days. As for the food, there wasn't a single dish we didn't like. The raw fish appetizers were exceptional, as was the octopus with herbs, and the fresh pasta with zucchini and Mazara red prawns. When I learned it was my wife's birthday, they even offered a delicious cake with a candle and complimentary glasses of sparkling wine. What can I say? I'll definitely return and recommend it. The food was excellent, and the service was excellent. Perhaps the atmosphere/decor was a little dated. Still, it's worth it!

The atmosphere was a little dated, but everything else was top-notch! Fantastic service with great customer service, superb fish... Plus, in addition to the bread, they served pieces of focaccia that were also out of this world. Before dessert, they also served a cup filled with cookies and meringues... Truly exceptional!

Everything was perfect! Quality food, impeccable service, and a quiet, private location.
