Quality ingredients, fresh game from selective slaughter in the park, select Pisan cattle, and fabulous pigeons from a nearby boutique farm all combine to create flavorful, technically focused, and beautifully executed cuisine. Friendly and professional staff, an unexpected wine list with reasonable markups. Worth a stop.

Found by chance on the return trip, five minutes from the highway exit, nestled in the Pisan countryside.
Perfect for a stop to break up the journey.
After a week of eating fish, our cravings for meat were fully satisfied.
Rib steak with sautéed porcini mushrooms, perfectly cooked and tender. The first course was equally delicious: tagliolini with Pisan mucco ragù and Cinta Senese pork.
Attentive service, excellent in suggesting dishes based on your needs.
I'd especially like to highlight the deliciousness of the Tuscan crostini!
