Welcoming restaurant, very friendly staff. I had dinner with colleagues, a group of five. We each ordered a different dish, and everyone was satisfied. I highly recommend it.

We went on a recommendation, and I must say it was excellent... The food was excellent: the snails and grilled meat were top-notch, generous portions, and the price was fair. Minimal wait times. Very friendly staff.

The owners were very kind and helpful, helping us choose the wine. The snails were excellent.

Late dinner just before closing time at 10:30 PM, tagliata with mushrooms and truffles (the most expensive dish on the menu), side of grilled vegetables, etc. Dessert, coffee, wine by the glass, and draft beer. Everything was good but could be improved; the meat was tender and cooked just right, but it had several tendons that could have been easily removed before plating the tagliata. The porcini mushrooms were excellent, and the truffle was the one made with scorzone truffles they use here in Umbria, the worst part of the dish. The rest of the dish was average. Tables outside and inside, poor timing in the kitchen, the side dishes arrived long after the meat, and they missed a coffee. The staff was young and very friendly. The atmosphere was frequented by large groups, but at times a bit too noisy. The specialty was "snails," which I'll try at a future dinner.

Prodotti eccellenti e freschi. La piccola bottega di proprietà fa la differenza in quanto i salumi e formaggi sono sempre freschissimi. L'unica nota dolente il servizio in quanto hanno servito prima il secondo e poi il primo in maniera velocissima, noi non abbiamo disprezzato ma avremmo preferito cenare con più calma.
