If you like rustic places where you can enjoy genuine, no-frills gourmet dining in a genuinely family-friendly atmosphere, but above all, enjoy hearty meals, generous portions, and not be overpriced, this is the place. If, however, you're looking for a chic place where you can spend a fortune on tastings, I wouldn't recommend it.

Although the menu isn't particularly varied, the dishes are truly high-quality. The first courses are very good, both in terms of the sauce and the pasta, and the second courses feature well-cooked meat.
The atmosphere is very simple, with seating both inside and outside on a small terrace (open only in the summer).
There's plenty of parking nearby and a splendid view from the town walls, perfect for a post-meal stroll.
The service was very friendly and quick.

It's a family tradition to eat at least once a summer on the beautiful terrace of Il Giogo in Novilara. Good, traditional, and well-prepared cuisine. Reasonable prices... see you next summer!

An institution in the Pesaro region. The food is divine and the prices are ridiculously low. Simple and authentic cuisine. I recommend it to everyone; you won't be disappointed!

The restaurant scores highly for its location; I would have never known how picturesque the little town of Novilara is. But then my cardinal mistake: I hadn't made a reservation! When I left, there were still plenty of tables available, but I had to eat inside (in summer!) and was only given a glass of water with my wine. It was down-to-earth, decent food at reasonable prices, but I really don't know if I'd subject myself to that Cerberus at the entrance again.

Lunch outside with a breathtaking view. I was a little disappointed with the piadinas, but the stuffed pigeon was excellent.
